begin by connecting two pieces through the cut-in slots

the connection will complete a circle

tab-in the small cuts into the slits to secure the connection

the connection is now secure

continue to attach pieces

attaching more pentagons will require for the structure to start

bending inward,

the material is flexible enough that you can bend the slots to

connect

now your structure will continue to build into a sphere
