s a native Venetian and director of the Save AVenice Foundation, I share the fundamental belief that the future lies in the past. Since assuming the role of Chair & Ceo for my family's hotel legacy in 1997, it has been my commitment to invest significant funds, countless hours, and personal care in the details, growth, preservation and revitalization of THE BAUERs properties to bring our guests a unique and diverse experience in the heart of the most beautiful city of the world.

BAUER HOTELUrban

Bauer Hotel, situated on Campo San Moisè, has a facade typical of the forties. The architect brilliantly emulated a docked ship and Venice's maritime history between S. Moisè Square and S. Moisé canal giving a striking contrast to the baroque architecture of the square.

The Bauer Hotel combines the comfort of modern convenience with the unaltered magic of Venice's past in an eclectic mix of Art-deco and Venetian style.

Restaurant DE PISIS. An engaging and ever-changing blend of savoring aromas, seasonal ingredients and the flair of an exquisitely designed dish of both beauty and flavor is the trademark of well-known international food artist, Chef Giovanni Ciresa. Every day is a fresh, innovative temptation to be enjoyed with the added ambience and intimate setting of one of Venice's most picturesque Grand Canal views. The B-Bar LOUNGE welcomes guests every Wednesday to Sunday pm in an elegant private club look like setting with fresh talent and lively entertainment every night, Creative cocktails, by our Head Barman Gennaro Florio.

The hotel and spa is housed on the water's edge (next door to Elton John) in a 16th century former convent originally designed by world-renowned Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio.
