The KKS 401 NA is ideally suited to the processing of flat, angle orsolid materials as well as tubes and special profiles. A turntable for acutemitre angles, automatic calculationof cutting speed and sawblade feed,as well as different drive variants andmagazines for preliminary materialstorage, make this machine a realallrounder.

Fully automatic sawing machine KKS 401 NA:
Material is fed into the machine via the magazine. A powered roller conveyor transports the bar to the saw where it is processed in accordancewith the programme. Cut-off pieces are automatically distributed to preset positions, trimcuts and end pieces are sorted.

Cut-off gripper with distribution unitThe gripper removes the cut-offs from the sawing area and places them on the crossfeed distribution unit.
The cut-off gripper jaw can be adjusted in height for safe handling ofdifferent shapes of material.
Longer cut-offs are pushed off via motorised crossfeed output roller conveyors.
Trimcuts and remnants are moved to the rear, cut-offs can be distributed to 3 container positions in front.
