Common requirement profile of the PSC (I) Common requirement profile worked out by the

Federal Government and the 16 federal „Länder“ in 2007: PSCs are under the remit of the „Länder“ all parties involved share a common basic understanding of the tasks and methods of the PSCs

Electronic and physical approach PSC responds to the individual needs of service providers
