FundingSources• Stormwater Utility Fee, based on Equivalent Residential Unit (ERU) calculations

• Base fee of $36/year/ERU (33.51 euros)

• Single Family Residential – 1 ERU

• Vacant Properties – ½ ERU

• Agricultural Property – 1 ERU

• Other non‐residential/commercial properties – calculated fees based on the amount of impervious area using land use coefficients

• Limits peak stormwater discharge• Improves water quality of runoff• Recharges groundwater• Reduces amount of impervious surfaces

Economic Benefits• Reduces/eliminates conventional detention facilities• Helps prevent excessive flooding• Minimizes need for control measures

Aesthetic Benefits• No need for unsightly detention basins• Preserves areas such as woods and open spaces
