Important:!Do not use this product in any other motor vehicle for which it is not designed.Do not use any other mounting location/method other than described in this instruction.It is advisable to seek assistance of another person when installing this product.Do not repair or modify the Nudge Bar and/or its mounting bracket in any way.Repair or modification may effect proper operation of the airbag resulting in serious injury.Do not remove the label from the Nudge Bar.

• To maintain your Nudge Bar properly, wash regularly with car wash detergent, hose off & chamois dry. Stubborn grime can be removed with kerosene.• Polished surfaces can be maintained with Autosol® metal polish or similar products. Use as recommended.

Figure 1a: Insert RHS Bracket Through Grille

Attach the Upper Brackets

Tools: 10mm Socket + Extension

Hardware: 2x Mounting Brackets2x M6 Hex Head Bolts2x M6 Spring Washers2x M6 Flat Washers

Insert the RHS Bracket through the lower grille, with the bent tab angled upwards, as shown.

Fasten the Mounting Bracket to the radiator support, using an M6 Hex Bolt (provided), or re-use the existing factory bolt, if fitted.

Fully tighten.

Repeat for LHS.

Figure 2a: Locate the Threaded Holes

2. Attach the Nudge Bar Lower Tabs

Tools: 18mm Socket/Spanner

Hardware: Nudge Bar2x M12 Hex Head Bolts2x M12 Spring Washers2x M12 Flat Washers2x Steel Spacers

Under the front of the vehicle, locate the threaded holes (behind the tow loops).

Figure 2b: Fit the Nudge Bar Lower Tabs

Fit the Nudge Bar to the vehicle, ensuring the Steel Spacers go in between the Nudge Bar mounting tabs, and the vehicle chassis.

Figure 2c: Support the Nudge Bar on Foam Packing

Carefully support the Nudge Bar on the foam packing.

Figure 3a: Fit the Upper Brackets to the Nudge Bar

3. Attach the Upper Mounts

Tools: 13mm Socket/Spanner18mm Socket/Spanner5mm Hex Driver (Allen Key)

Hardware:2x M8 Button Head Cap Screws2x M8 Flat Washers2x M8 Spring Washers

Fit the Nudge Bar upper mounting tabs to the Mounting Brackets, using the M8 Button Head Cap Screws.

Figure 3b: Adjust the Nudge Bar and Fully Tighten

Adjust the Nudge Bar to the desired position, and fully tighten all the mounting bolts.
