who descended His last Prophet Hazrat Mohammad (SAW), the Benefactor of Humanity;
to guide the mankind and enlighten the ones who believe Almighty Allah, who bestowed us

It was unimaginable that an academic effort of this magnitude could successfully come to

his sincere and cooperative nature and precious guidance; I could never have been able to

Executive Summary
Troussau Fasino is a new business providing good quality, full service distribution of imported
jewelry including; earrings, bracelets, necklaces, rings, etc .As it is a partnership business so
there are four partners including;

Ms Hareem khursheed
The total investment was 50,000 PKR and the partnership was made on an equal share ratio i.e.
25% each. A partnership deed including all of the necessary terms and conditions was signed by
all of the four members of Troussau Fasino. As per the terms and conditions, all of the partners
will take part in management, sales as well in the marketing activities. And for the purpose of
sales and promotion, a face book page by the name of Troussau Fasino was developed.
Distinguishing characteristics of our business will be the combination of management
experience, sales and distribution experience, high quality and exceptional customer services.

General Business description
Objectives and Business Philosophy
The main objective of every business is to earn profit and our objective is to “earn a
reasonable profit”. This is not for the sake of attracting large number of customers but it has an
intention of social welfare in a sense that we want to provide good quality of imported jewelry to
the customers who want that and are purchasing that at relatively higher prices.
What we believe is that the customer must be satisfied at any cost. We are here to earn
profit but not on the cost of our customer’s ego and satisfaction level. Our philosophy of
business is to satisfy customer with our affordable and unique pieces. Our entire team is
committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from
repeat customers and referrals.

Business Ownership
Since, it’s a partnership business so there are four owners, Amir, Bilal, Moezza and Hareem as
discussed earlier. All members would invest their money as well as efforts.

The products that Troussau Fasino would be offering to its customers are as follows;

Services
We receive online orders through our face book page and deliver the products as per demand
and we charge 50 PKR as delivery charges within city. Home delivery would be provided to the
customers if their order will exceed 1000 PKR.
Gift Packs
Another attractive service by Troussau Fasino is providing gift packs, as per orders. And for
this purpose we charge 150 PKR extra, including 100 Rs packing and 50 Rs for delivery charges.

Marketing Plan and Analysis
We had a detailed market analysis by visiting different jewelry shops that are providing good
quality imported jewelry at higher prices. Then we got a rough idea about the price range, type,
and quality etc of jewelry stuff that customers mostly prefer. Then on this basis we placed our
order in Thailand through an internal reference and that was provided by Mr.Bilal.
Before placing order we compared the prices of jewelry in Pakistan with those of the prices in
Thailand and we came to know that the jewelry was comparatively cheaper in Thailand.

The strategy of Troussau Fasino is to focus on our quality products, satisfactory services and
cheaper delivery to customer place.
Marketing Strategy
Troussau Fasino will introduce its products at a price lesser than the market price and a very
reasonable profit margin is our min focus and intention. Another strong plus point to attract our
customers is online booking of orders and delivers them in cheaper rates at their desired places.

Promotion
For promoting our business we preferred direct marketing through word of mouth and we also
got our visiting cards printed and have distributed to almost every where in Rawalpindi and
Islamabad.
We also have introduced our business through face book page, Twitter, Google plus and also an
Ad was given online. We want our customers to believe on us. They should be assured that they
will be getting the high quality products of their choice at reasonable rates. We will ensure to
provide the desired quality and unique design within affordable range.
Pricing
The prices will be determined depending upon the prevailing market price and we will sell our
products at a price that is 20 to 30 Rs lesser than the market price. Also it will depend upon the
profit margin that we have on various jewelry items.

As the business is for project purpose so we are not having any proposed location or outlet. We
arranged many stalls at different locations of Twin cities including stalls at Riphah

Our sales strategy is mainly based on three methods. First is word of mouth, secondly we will
display our product in different events and locations so that people can attract and the third one is
to market it through flyers, E marketing, and also personal selling.

Having much competition, the key to maintaining the customer base is the right products at a
reasonable price, delivered quickly. We will ensure to meet customer's demand in a timely

we are better positioned than our main competitors to take advantage of the increasing demands
of imported jewellery because we focus exclusively on high-quality distribution and customer
service. In addition to the variety of items we feature, Troussau Fasino will be providing many
designs that are not available in the market earlier.
Key Competitive Weakness
Our primary weakness is financing. Also that we are doing a new business competing largely
against existing businesses. So we have to build up our sales as well as promotional strategies on
this basis.

The best core competency for any business is the presence of efficient, effective, skilled,
hardworking and competent human resource.
We are a team of four business students engaged in this partnership business and applying our
knowledge as well. This is what our competitor lacks.
Sourcing
Troussau Fasino will directly import jewellery from Thailand. Because this eliminates the
broker or "middle man," this allows us to operate on a 25-30% profit margin. To reduce our cost
even more we will order the jewellery items online and payment will also be made online.

Inventory
We will be purchasing an inventory of 50,000 PKR in the beginning.
Credit Policy
Transactions will be fully on cash basis. Credit based sale would be avoided. But there will be
flexibility in this policy in case of any acquaintanceship.
Start Up Expenses
As mentioned earlier startup expenses are 50,000 PKR and including the cost of our
inventory.After sales we reinvest or money to import more jewelry from Thailand which is
reasonable for us.
