First Aid Procedures If an employee witnesses an accident they
should:1. Contact a first aider immediately or emergency
services if urgent2. Talk to the injured person and keep them calm3. Wait with the person until help arrives4. Complete the following forms

own health and safety and that of colleagues
To cooperate with employer on health and safety
Not to misuse anything provided for health and safety
