The Alto Minho was (and is) border sociopolitical entities, from passing zone and encounters identities territory unity of people and material and immaterial culture. But it is above all a very humane but where nature is life‐giving in its landscape and highlights her own presence, through the wild flora and wildlife, sometimes off, broken into "islands" but also spread!But where is this dissemination processes of biodiversity?The answer is in the territory, in particular the network of natural corridors formed by protected areas and sites of conservation of Natura 2000.
