COMPANY PROFILE
The company was founded in March 2009.
The double focus on transport services (using own trucks fleet) and forwarding logistics
services has enabled the company to strengthen its position on the market and to provide
complete and rapid solutions to clients' needs.
The concept and company development take place primarily at the company’s main
office, in Pitesti, Romania. The positioning close to Dacia Factory offers the company the
upper hand in transport business.
The success of the company is driven by the people and their unrelenting focus on
delivering results by operating responsibly, professionally and innovatively.
Velox Logistics Center is committed to assist customers worldwide by understanding the
needs and requirements of the clients and providing them with prompt and high quality
transport services to meet the deadlines and demands of each delivery.

The ability to meet customers' needs is based on the continuously expanding network of
transport partners’ all-around Europe.
In order to exist, the company has elaborated a set of goals:
to provide value added and high quality services to an increasing number of customers
to focus on portfolio management as an important part of the work

COMPANY MANAGEMENT
The company is managed by Lucian Neaga (as General Manager
and Business Administrator). He manages the team of Logistics personnel in charge with
order preparation and fulfillment. His team is responsible for all inbound and outbound
Logistics and order preparation.
The Financial area is managed by Adriana Neaga (as Financial Manager). She is
responsible for supervising and handling financial activities and for managing the cash
flows of the business.
The own transport domain is coordinated by Marius Neaga (as Transport Coordinator),
who is responsible for directing daily transports using company’s own trucks fleet. He is
constantly in charge with trucks maintenance and with driving personnel relation.
The trucks fleet is managed by experienced drivers. They are permanently educated and
tested to assure safe and high quality transportation of the loads. They responsibly
operate assigned vehicles and perform minor maintenance tasks, as required.

SERVICES PROVIDED
Velox Logistics Center’s main business is auto vehicles
transport by road within and outside European Union.
Globalization and industry expansion bring special transport requirements on a daily
basis. Within a product and business life cycle, logistics plays a significant part in achieving
the business success.
While performing the transport services, we focus on the following four principles:
deliver in best conditions
communicate at all times the transport status
be open and flexible to customer requirements
meet the delivery deadlines
VELOX LOGISTICS CENTER is able to perform transport services by two means:
through a widely spread network of logistics partners
using its own trucks fleet and personnel

ECONOMICAL& LOGISTICS OVERVIEW
According to market experts, the railway network in
Romania, which has a key role for the country’s economic development, needs new
investments, at a consistent rate, for a period of around 15 years to reach a level similar
to the European average and to develop adequate links with the European transport
corridors. For this reason, the transport business has well developed over the last years
and will continue more intensly in the future.
According to the National Institute of Statistics, the goods transportation sector in
Romania relies mainly on road transportation (approximately 70%).
In addition to this, Romania is a valuable auto vehicles importer as well as exporter
within European Union and worldwide. This is ensured by valuable fabriquants, such as
Dacia and Ford, as well as by the expected increase in the country’s GDP in 2011
(declared by the head of the office in Bucharest of the European Bank for Reconstruction
and Development )
Consequently, the continuous development of a transport network is essential for
ensuring the business flow.

BUSINESS EVOLUTION 2010
During 2010, the company has provided transport services within
and outside the European Union. The business activity has greately expanded due to
management and personnel commitment and professionalism.
The total number of loads performed during year 2010 was approximately 1700, during
which more than 11 000 cars have been transported, over 20 European and non-
European countries.

This noticeable evolution is the result of an expanded network of customers and
transport partners. Within 2010, the company has reached the number of 60 satisfied
customer.

Velox Logistics Center relies on both internal and external clients and partners.
Maintaining a steady increase in satisfied customers and reliable partners is one of the
main goals of the company. Within 2010, the company’s goal was achieved, by increasing
the number of partners to reach almost 100 transport companies.
The proportion of external and internal services within the total amount of the logistics
business can be seen in the graph below.

BUSINESS BUILDING 2011
As the business has rapidly expanded since its foundation,
the company’s executive personnel number has increased during 2010.
In addition to this, the number of own trucks has tripled and is intended to grow in the
future, together with the business.
The company management is very positive about the continuous growth and
development of the company. It will continue to invest in human and own transport
resources, to provide a wider spread area of transport activities.
As the forwarding logistics business is a significant part of our activity, providing more
opportunities for cooperation through the promotion of win-win agreements is a major
objective. The company’s practice to conclude advantageous contracts for both sides will
continue during 2011 as well.
Strategic partnership building will improve service quality by ensuring a reliable support
and reduced operational risks.
Within its local area, the company will provide the necessary and legal support that can
guarantee the development of local economy and business transport opportunities.
