Quality Engineering – LOTUS Mixers utilizes our vast experience both from our laboratory research and field installations to minimize plant downtime and reduce overall maintenance requirements of our mixers.

Highly Reliable Agitators- The guidelines we use to design our mixers are typically far more stringent in terms of design and quality control than normal specifications. For example, our gearboxes are all supplied with a 2.0+ service based on full nameplate HP, the bearings are no less than L10-100,000 hours and our shafts do not operate more than 65% of the first critical speed. These are just three examples that set us apart from competition.

Impeller Technology- LOTUS Mixers utilizes the latest in CFD model and PVI (particle velocity imaging) in developing application specific impellers. By understanding the rheology of an application, we can optimize the throughput.
