1) Agree to participate.

2) Responsible for answering teacher &student correspondence.

3) May allow other crew to participate.

4) Final signature.

Office’s Requirements

1) Submit an “Application for ShipParticipation” to MARAD.

2)Must designate a shoreside coordinator towork with teacher and monitor.

3)MARAD normally pairs ship andclassroom.
