The key barrier for developing communities to sustain good sanitation and have access to water is cultural. All the required technical solutions are accessible, it’s all about behavior change. Providing people the knowledge and cultural currency to fit the desired behavior in their lifes.

Framing the societal need

Link the Netherlands with developing countries. A sustainable future for our children requires people in the Netherlands to take responsibility for water and energy usage.

Can providing access to water in developing markets be an incentive for families in the Netherlands to care more?

So even when people make the initial change, they can’t sustain it.Experience shows creating a retail structure around a water access point protects it and makes it more valuable.Can we leverage this proven model to create a chain of one million retail outlets?
