Order Process

• ACN Digital Phone Service will be activated once ACN High Speed Internet availability has been established.

• During the ordering process, customers will have the option to opt-out of Digital Phone Service if High Speed Internet is not available.

• If the customer chooses to still order ACN Digital Phone Service, the customer will need to have High Speed Internet from another provider. They can order from our Internet partners or another provider.

Setting Expectations with Your Customers

• Once the ACN High Speed Internet service is installed and activated please make sure your customer cancels their previous Internet service – otherwise they may continue to be billed from their previous service provider.

• If your customer wants to transfer over a phone number to ACN’s Digital Phone Service, please make sure your customer is aware that the transfer will take place after the High Speed Internet is installed and activated.

• Prepare your customers for this timeframe.

• Pricing requires 2 year contract

• Savings of $21.03 per month for the first 12 months

• Pricing is competitive

• ACN bundle includes World Plan calling – most other providers such as cable companies and AT&T do not

• There is an Early Termination Fee of $240 which is reduced by $10 after each month of service

• In some areas, ACN High Speed Internet may not be available even if AT&T is currently available in that area.

• Installation may take up to 3 weeks – requires on-site professional installation by AT&T service technician for the internet only. They will not be able to answer questions regarding ACN Digital Phone Service. Please make sure your customer is aware of this.

• The installation experience is the same that an AT&T retail customer would receive.

• The modem is branded as an AT&T modem.

• The modem is new and is the same type that customers who order direct from AT&T receive.

• The modem has 4 ports with Wi-Fi capability.

Confirming Serviceability for High Speed InternetYou may pre-qualify your potential customer’s address for High Speed Internet serviceability for those that are NOT presently AT&T customers before submitting an order e.g. Cable High Speed Internet customers.

Before confirming serviceability, please remember:

-ACN provides U-verse in the 21 AT&T states.

-DSL is available in 11 of the 21 AT&T states.

NOTE: Certain locations may not be serviceable due to facility or other network limitations even if AT&T’s website indicates those locations are serviceable. This is solely at AT&T’s discretion. These constraints apply to all customers including those who attempt to sign up directly with AT&T. This may also apply to existing AT&T Internet customers who attempt to switch to ACN.

Confirming Serviceability for High Speed InternetOnce the address has been validated, the AT&T retail site will indicate the U-verse services available at that specific location.

If U-verse Internet is available, your customer can sign up for ACN Digital Phone Service Plus High Speed Internet through your IBO storefront!

Note: You may need to clear your cache/cookies where serviceability is done on multiple addresses consecutively.

In this example, an address in Georgia was used. ACN provides only U-verse (not DSL) in the state of Georgia. Your customer would not be able to get the ACN Digital Phone Service + High Speed Internet bundle.

If the state is not listed, High Speed Internet bundled with ACN Digital Phone Service is not available.

• Once the customer chooses their speed, the Monthly Charge will show the bundled price.

• Customer will specify preferred installation date.

• The Installation Date field will provide the customer with a two month calendar view to enter preferred day for installation of High Speed Internet (only available dates for installation will be shown for selection)

Once selection is made, the customer will continue with preferred time-slot for the appointment.

Customer may also include any special instructions for the technician.
