Sharing, teaching, learning
• appropriate social networking tools for EAHIL members and member organisations are introduced, explained and discussed to understand how useful some of these technologies can be in libraries.
Sharing, Teaching & Learning
• experiences and reviews of different tools are gathered and published.
• Aspects to enclose are local differences and trends between EAHIL countries, to learn what the applied use and benefits could be for any medical library, it's staff and its customers/patrons. (Comparable to Library Success Wiki)
• Online tutorials (23 Things for Medlibs)• Knowledge Center; “Connecting People”
Approach Taskforce
• Research, surveys groups EAHIL – ask input, interviews
• Inventory of used Tools & Services– All aspects: Website, JEAHIL, Conference,
Membership database, lists, etc
• 1 coherent plan, but step by step

• From Council members to get inventory of “local” situation– One or 2 persons libs– Restrictions, filters etc
• From Special Interest Groups on specific topics and needs
• From Board: communication, sharing etc
