Stakeholders & multipliers mapping

Why we need stakeholder list?According to the Technical Annex - deliverable D.2.2. should also include stakeholders list If we want to approach stakeholders, first we need know who they areCreating e-SENS community is the main objective of WP2. Without stakeholders and multipliers we will not reach that goal

How to prepare stakeholder list?Do not use abbreviations, provide full name of organisationStakeholders of all domains should be included, stakeholders from new potential domains can also be includedFill in all fields, do not forget about indicating domainPerhaps stakeholders of your organisation are not sufficient. Doing some research might be necessaryPay attention to match contacts to their group correctly, the same contacts cannot appear in two groupsThe list is more about external project stakeholders, not project partners

Please provide the lists till the end of the week

Stakeholders engagement

Stakeholders contact data will not be publishedEach country is responsible for communication with national stakeholders and multipliers:

• Send invitation to sign up for newsletter• Establish relationships with key stakeholders and multipliers• Cooperate with media on e-SENS promotion• Send mailings/newsletters in national language
