ice. The temperatures of the 2 coolers at receipt time were 2.4º C and 3.4º C.

GC/MS VOA Method(s) 8260C: The continuing calibration verification (CCV) analyzed in batch 460-513199 was outside the method criteria for the

following analytes: Chloromethane and Dichlorodifluoromethane. A CCV standard at or below the reporting limit (RL) was analyzed with

the affected samples and found to be acceptable. As indicated in the reference method, sample analysis may proceed; however, any detection for the affected analytes are considered estimated.

Method(s) 8260C: The laboratory control sample (LCS) and / or laboratory control sample duplicate (LCSD) for analytical batch 460-513199 recovered outside control limits for the following analyte: Dichlorodifluoromethane. This analyte was not detected in the
