Since 1985, CMCI has supplied materials to most projects in the

Gulf region.

Over 500,000 tons of various materials have been supplied from

admixtures, waterproofing to tile adhesives. These include

airports, ports, commercial buildings, petrochemicals, refineries,

residential buildings, royal palaces, factories, bridge roads, power

stations, reservoir, and sewage treatment Plants.

CMCI product distribution is carried out from the factory

office in Dammam and its other branch offices throughout

the Kingdom.

CMCI has branch offices and warehouses in Jubail,

Al Hasa, Riyadh, Jeddah and Khamis Mushayat to cover

the whole Kingdom,

The branches have full staff and serve the construction and

repair projects in their respective areas.

In addition to the branches, CMCI has over 50 distributors

throughout Saudi Arabia, distributing a limited range of

products to the small construction and repair projects.

OVERSEAS DISTRIBUTION

CMCI has appointed distributors in Philippines, India,

U.A.E, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and markets its

products to Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Turkey through non-

exclusive distributors.

CMCI has sophisticated manufacturing equipments, state of the

art technology and continuous research and developments.

CMCI products are considered of the highest quality, which are

capable of withstanding the extreme climatic conditions

prevailing in this region.

CMCI has a fully equipped laboratory which gives them the

capability to conduct all quality control and quality assurance in-

house.

The Quality Management System of CMCI has been assessed

by Bureau Veritas Certificate (BVC) accredited by UKAS

Quality Management and certified for ISO 9001(Certificate

Number 208475) to manufacture and supply the full range of

construction chemicals. CMCI has been awarded with this

certification, first in Saudi Arabia.

CMCI is implementing the products laid in ISO 14001, which can deliver increased efficiency and reduced waste. Plus, increase protection to personnel, plant machinery and environment. On successful implementation, CMCI is confident of achieving the certification to Environmental Management System.

In addition to the ISO 9001Certification, CMCI has its own

Internal Quality Procedures which are strictly followed.

CMCI products conform to ASTM, AASHTO, BS and DIN Spec.

CMCI has a large manufacturing facility in Dammam, Saudi

Arabia with the most up-to-date equipments; there are five (5)

production lines:

1) Polyurethane

2) Admixtures

3) Epoxies

4) Water base products

5) Powder production

Over 300 types of products are produced by CMCI with an

annual capacity exceeding 50,000 tons per year.

CMCI has a fully equipped R&D laboratory where products are

also developed, modified, improved and tested for long term

exposure and durability.

LABORATORIES:

CMCI has two (2) laboratories, additionally CMCI utilizes, the

testing facilities of its licensors for special testing.

QUALITY CONTROL LABORATORY:

CMCI has a fully equipped Quality Control to test the material

product quality to ensure that the product is consistent in

quality and conform to the product stated specification.

All products undergo full quality control.

The Quality Control is also responsible for testing all incoming

raw materials to ensure that the raw material conforms to the

company's specification. \

CMCI has two (2) warehouses in Dammam, raw material

warehouse and products warehouse. It also has four warehouses

in Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Hasa and Khamis Mushayt.
