WHEREAS, even with these increased duties, Sqfia continued to assist Finance with the production qf the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, Human Resources with the recruitment qf new employees, and Administration by assisting with the Executive Secretary's duties after her retirement; and

WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to recognize and commend Sqfia Djord:fevic with this inaugural employee recognition for her initiative, hard work, and outstanding dedication;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, L. Anthony Beal~ Mayor, on behalf qf the City Council of the City qf Rancho Santa Margarita, do hereby acknowledge and congratulate Sqfia DJord:fevic for being named City qf Rancho Santa Margarita's "2015 Employee qf the Year" and for her outstanding service bestowed on the City throughout the year.
