Life is full of twists and turns. Everyone has to

struggle here in this world to conquer every hindrance in the way to success. For this hard work is obligatory. Without working hard and just by si ng idle it will be hard for one to get success. Since from childhood and ll now I always remember

the sentence that my parents used to tell me “to

be a be er person in life and to get success you have to work hard, the result of hard work is always rewarding, so you have to work hard.” There is a well known proverb “no pain, no gain” hard work never goes wasted. Although it may be later or sooner success comes to your feet. “One percent inspira on, 99 percent perspira on”

Edison's defi ni on of genius has o en been quoted to characterize success as well. Even before Edison, the rigors of success were described by Painter Michelangelo thus: "if people knew how hard I had to work to gain my mastery, it wouldn't seem wonderful at all.” I'm a greater believer in luck, and I fi nd the harder I work

the more I have of it.The harder you fall, the

heavier your heart; the heavier your heart, the stronger you climb; the stronger you climb, the higher your pedestal.”

“A clay pot si ng in the sun will always be a clay pot. It has to go through the white heat of the furnace to become porcelain. ”

Life of farmersFarmers, workers and

cul va ng dignityOur valley is home to

many, many farm workers who provide labour for our farmers and help make this community thrive from the produce of our land. These workers have been welcomed into our community for decades, bringing their families each year and tending to

the hard work of nature's harvest. Many members of our community have come to our valley as migrant workers and stayed here to raise their families. Whether they are migrant or resident workers, these workers do the back-breaking jobs necessary for the success of the local economy. They deserve to be treated with respect.

This season a few hundred workers at Sakuma bros. Farms stood up and spoke out about harsh treatment, poor living condi ons and the threat of more guest workers being invited into the county, which threatens to disrupt their already precarious livelihoods.

DIGNITY OF HARD WORK

These workers have jus fi able complaints and they brought a en on to their needs in a peaceful and respec ul way. They assembled, used their freedom of speech and used the only tool they have at their disposal; they withheld their labor to draw a en on to their cause.

As part of the faith community, we call on both sides to nego ate in good faith, respec ng the opinions of all the aff ected workers and respec ng the farm owners just as they expect to be respected. We support the struggle for a living wage. We hope both par es can reach an agreement that will allow workers and their families to work for the remaining of the season.

We appreciate the farmers in our valley and understand the tremendous pressures they are under to produce quality harvests while dealing with ever-increasing produc on costs. It is a business that is full of unexpected crises and so many of the condi ons are out of farmers' direct control. However, employers can

control how they treat the people who work for them. We trust that the sakuma brothers will con nue to work with the mediator that is now being used to help determine the path forward in terms of wages and working condi ons for the rest of this season — which will lay a good founda on for successful seasons to come.

As people of faith we share a vision of a new community where jus ce and human dignity reign. We pray for the workers and farmers as they deliberate a just outcome to this confl ict.

Carrying your dreams as ours! In this day we assure to con nue no ma er what! Some quotes by Dr. Kalam on agriculture: we have to transform india in fi ve areas where india has core competence fi rst being agriculture' 'globally agriculture is the

predominant industry than any other industry. Growth in agriculture produc on with value addi on will not only increase the per capita income of the farmers, but also support increasing need of food and raw materials in the urban sector. Enhancing agriculture produc vity is the key for agro-food processing and related industrial, manufacturing and service sector growth,' 'agriculture has a key role in reducing poverty since 3 billion people live in rural areas and are largely dependent on agriculture, while food process determine the cost-of-living for the urban poor.' The country can prosper only when rural technology is advanced for se ng up of more agriculture-based technical ins tutes in these areas.'

The person who is working hard is able to gain the success and happiness in life , Nothing is easy to be achieved in life without doing any hard work.HARD WORKING OF GREAT PEOPLE

“ SUCCESS travels in the company of hard work ”

Edison was working 21 hours on the laboratory tables with his books as his pillow. Thomas Edison failed approximately 1000 mes while he was working on the light bulb

and he never dreamt on giving up his hard work and determina on that works a true success.

In Nehru's calander there was no holidays as he worked 17 hours per day.

Mahatma Gandhi worked ceaselessly day and night and he won freedom for the country.

The hard work is the price that we pay for success in the life.

Nothing is easy to achieve in the life without doing any hard work.MAHATMA GANDHI'S HARDSHIP

“The Weak can never forgive.Forgiveness is the a ribute of the strong” Mohandas Karam Chand Gandhi, the greatest Indian person for ever, has put his life on the line many mes by becoming a passive resistance as a way to end the Bri sh rule . He had faced many hardships in his life for the welfare of people in India.MY EXPERIENCE WITH HARD WORKER

I have experienced hard work by helping by mother in taking care of the house . It's a diffi cult task to make a house perfect, clean and neat . In one day eff ect and hardwork we cleaned the nook and corner of our house. Thus I come to know about hardwork by experience.

Thus , I conclude my essay by saying that I will try to lead a hardworking life to become a successful person.

Eat healthy food everyday

To keep you strong all the way

Fruits and veggies are here to stay

So, throw that junk food all away.

Run and jump more today

Skip and dance along the way

If you have eaten all your food

Then in all your work you’ll be good

Burgers and fries no, no, no

Tomatoes and apples have a go

To keep you healthy all the way

And hold that sickness all at bay.

“Always do what is right .” If you can’t be kind be quiet. You never know, what you can do till you try. Leave footprints of love and kindness

wherever you go. Every gift from a friend is a vision for your

happiness. Be the reason for someone smiles today. We raise by lifting others. Be kind whenever possible. Your greatness is not what you have, it’s what

you give.

Every parent wants his child to be morally good. A person must bear good values even at the cost of his/her happiness.

UBUNTU “Ubuntu” is a very nice story from Africa…The motivation behind the Ubuntu culture in Africa...An Anthropologist proposed a game to the African tribal

children…..He placed a basket of sweets near a tree and made

the children to stand 100 metres away. Then he announced that whoever reaches fi rst would get all the sweets in the basket. He said ‘Ready steady go’.

Do you know what did the children do? They all held each other’s hands, ran together towards the tree, took the sweets divided the sweets and enjoyed it.

When the Anthropologist asked them why did they do so? They answered ……”UBUNTU” which meant:

“How can one be happy when the others are sad”?Ubuntu in their language means“I am because we are”A strong message for all generations.Let all of us always have this attitude and spread happiness wherever we go. Let’s

have a Ubuntu life……I am because we are

Your beliefs become your thoughts Your thoughts become your words Your words become your action Your actions become your habits Your habits become your values Your values become your destiny.

1. “To a thirsty man, a drop of water is worth more than a sack of gold.”2. “Thousands live without love but not without water…..”3. “Save water to secure your future.”4.” We never know the worth of water till well is dry.”5. “Water is life so don’t waste your life.”

1. If you cut a tree , You kill a Life.2. If you save a tree, You save a life. 3.If you plant a tree, You plant a life. “Plant a tree, Plant a tree so that next
