ADDITION OF COMPONENT 1 VORTEX COOL CENTRIFUGE Acid Phosphatase Reagent 1 min 1 min 60 min 10 min TRANSFER THE SUPERNATANT Transfer 750 µl of the supernatant into a fresh vial. 2 min ADDITION OF ACID PHOSPHA- TASE REAGENT REACTION ON FILTER PAPER To detect acid phosphatase, put 2-3 drops of the reagent onto filter paper and rub a suspect (Clostridium perfringens) colony into it.
