ELEKTROGAS VMR AUTO RESET 230V ACOther voltages available on request The VMR type valve is a fast opening single-stage solenoid valve, normally closed (open whenenergised). This type of device is suitable for air or gas blocking and releasing controls, In gas powerburners, atmospheric gas boilers, industrial kilns and others gas consuming appliances.

Features• The valves are made of aluminium alloy die-cast (or hot-pressed brass for OTN versions), with a widerange for inlet/outlet connections from DN8 up to DN150

• Suitable for use with air and non-aggressive gases included in the 1, 2 and 3 families (EN 437) and Pipeconnections meet group 2 and back pressure sealing is compliant to Class A EN161 approval

• This valve is open only when energised: if, for any reason, power supply goes down, the valve closesimmediately

• Qualified for continuous service (100% ED)• An incorporated fine mesh filter protects the valve seat and disc as well as downstream componentsand prevents dirty contamination (except brass models)

• Provided with G1/4 pressure tappings on two sides in the inlet chamber (except brass models)• Flanged models are provided with tappings in the outlet chamber too. Other tapping points on request• Provided with G1/8 connection on the bottom for closed position indicator micro switch from DN65 toDN150 (on request from 3/4" to 2").

VMH Safety shut off valve for gas c/w Hydraulic Actuator.Fitted as standard with PCS CPI Switch.

Features• The new range of VMH Electro hydraulic Gas Valves are madeof aluminium alloy with connections from DN65-DN200. Pipeconnections meet Group 2 and back pressure sealing incompliant with Class A, according to EN161 requirements.Suitable for use with air and non aggresive gases included inthe 1, 2 and 3 families (EN437). CLOSED POSITION INDICATOR FOR VMR / EVRMGAS VALVES

The PCS Closed Position Indicator switchis a mechanically activated micro-switchfor monitoring the position of the gasvalve. The safety device can be fitted tothe VMR & EVRM gas valve.• Each switch is supplied with anadapting rod already fitted to makeinstallation easier.

Caution: The solenoid valves must beprovided with a G1⁄8" threaded hole on the

bottom, to allow the switch assembly Microswitch installation.1) Interupt gas supply.2) Remove the 1⁄8" plug from valve bottom.3) Introduce the adapting rod inside 1⁄8" hole and screw the

ELECTRO THERMAL FUSIBLE LINKElectro thermal fusible link for use in boiler houses.The electro thermal fusible link is for installing in a positionwhere a fire hazard may occur, e.g. above a burner, an air heateror boiler. CHCO DETECTORThe CHCO is a dual sensor, methane and carbon monoxidedetector. When methane and / or carbon monoxide are sensed thedetector sounds an on board audible alarm and changes over avolt free contact relating to the type of gas sensed. The CO233A is an electronic safety andprotection device. The electrochemical sensor technologyprovides specific detection of carbon monoxide. Ruggedconstruction and IP55 protective rating make this unit ideal fordamp conditions such as boiler rooms. The CO233A is ideal foroccupied areas where the concentrations of carbon monoxideneed to be monitored, for example storage rooms adjacent toboiler rooms. The CO233A can be connected to the BX444M,GS300M, GS100M, BX216 and BX150 controllers or directlyback to a BMS system (note: the safety function of the system isthen the responsibility of the application engineer).There are two 4-20MA outputs. WATER METER GUIDELINESGeneral terms of reference and sizing1. Maximum flow is only for use in emergencies, for about 1-2 minutes as it causes the bearings to overheat.2. Minimum flow only refers to the minimum flow required to operate and record on the meter. At these very low flows, the meter willnot be accurate .

3. All water meters should be sized between transitional flow (the point at which the meter is accurate) and nominal flow (everydayflow rate). Never use maximum flow as a basis for sizing the meter.

Filtration4. The meters are designed only for use with clean water. A filter is always recommended upstream of the meter if there are anyconcerns. This filter should also have straight pipe of at least 10x diameters of the pipe from the meter to allow the flow to settleagain. For example, a DN25 (1") meter would need 250mm (10") between the filter and the meter.

Installation

1. The preferred mounting position is horizontal with the dial facing upwards. Not to be mounted vertically. Never put the meter upsidedown or canted on its side as it will not function correctly .

2. Water meters should always be fitted with a minimum of 10x pipe diameter both up and downstream. For example, a 2" (Dn50)water meter would have 20" (500mm) either side of the meter as straight pipe. This is to ensure accurate reading by reducing waterturbulence. At higher pressures (above 8 bar), this should be increased to 10x pipe diameter.

3. Note that there is a direction of flow arrow on the meter. Also, that the meter has the size in mm onone side and the maximum flow on the other in metres cubed per hour. Remember that the metermust only be used for half of this maximum flow for constant use, maximum flow only being used forshort periods of 1-2 minutes.

4. It is recommended as good practice to fit a removeable filter element before a water meter to protectthe mechanism.

5 .Only clean water should be used that does not exceed the temperature specification of the meter.Temperature specification is 30°C for cold meters and 90°C hot meters.Certain inhibitors used in heating systems can damage the meter body, mechanism or the seals. This damage could cause leaks orfailure of the meter.6. When installing the reed switch (pulsed output wire), the distance from the meter to the control unit/pulse counter is best keptunder 20 metres as voltage will drop.

The reed switches are normally open, volt free, but operate on the 0-24VDC range when the pulse is made. A magnet on the watermeter will close the switch to form the circuit when the designed pulse for that meter is reached. This then sends a signal to thecontrol unit/pulse counter. The two wires that leave the pulse cable attached to the meter are not polarity sensitive.LocationWater meters should never be installed where there is a risk of wateringression, for example, underground or exposed to the elements atany time. Additionally, they should not be exposed to extremes oftemperature. Like any other fitting, freezing can damage the dialmechanism and crack the meter body. Meters should always beprotected from these risks.

DEFINITIONS:(a) “Goods” means the Goods or services which the Company is to supply in

accordance with these terms.(b) “Company” means HEAT & COMBUSTION LTD.(c) “Terms and Conditions” means the terms and conditions of sale set out

below and the Company’s “Your HEAT & COMBUSTION Account” documentand any specific terms and/or conditions agreed in writing between theCustomer and the Company. In the event of conflict, the terms in thisdocument shall take precedence.

(d) “Contract” means the Contract for the purchase and sale of Goods.(e) “Writing” includes communication by post, facsimile, e-mail and by personal

delivery of documents.(f) “Acceptance” means confirmation in writing by the Company upon receipt

of the Customer’s order.(g) “Customer” means the person, firm or company described overleaf and who

purchases the Goods or Service from the Company.1. APPLICATION(a) Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing these Conditions shall be

incorporated in every offer quotation acceptance and contract for the saleor supply of goods or services by the Company and together with the orderto which they relate constitute the entire contract between the Companyand the Customer. Any conditions proposed by the Customer which areinconsistent with these terms are hereby excluded (including any termsor conditions which the Customer purports to apply under purchase order,confirmation of order, specification or other document).

(b) These conditions apply to all the Company’s sales and any variation tothese conditions and any representation about the Goods or services shallhave no effect unless expressly agreed in writing by a director of theCompany. The Customer acknowledges that it has not relied on anystatement, promise or representation made or given by or on behalf of theCompany which is not set out in the Contract. Nothing in this conditionshall exclude or limit the Company’s liability for fraudulentmisrepresentation.

(c) The Customer shall ensure that the terms of its order and any applicablespecification are complete and accurate.

2. ACCEPTANCE(a) All quotations are given subject to confirmation in writing by the Company

upon receipt of the Customer's order and no contract shall be concludeduntil such confirmation is given or the Customer's order is otherwiseaccepted. Unless otherwise stated in writing by the Company each orderwhen accepted constitutes a separate contract.

(b) The quality and description of the Goods shall be as set out in theCompany’s quotation or acknowledgement of order.

(c) All samples, drawings, descriptive matter, specifications and advertisingissued by the Company and any descriptions or illustrations contained inthe Company’s catalogues or brochures are issued or published for thesole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the Goods described inthem. They shall not form part of the Contract and this is not a sale bysample.

3. PRICES(a) Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT (unless otherwise stated) and are those

in force at the date of quotation. Unless otherwise stated in the quotation(if any) given by the Company they may be varied at any time beforedelivery of the Goods or before performance of the Services provided theprices may be varied after a contract has become binding only by reasonof an increase in the cost of the Company of raw materials or labour or byreason of a fluctuation in exchange rates.

(b) If prices are varied after a contract has become binding the Company shallgive the Customer written notice of such variation and on receipt of suchnotice the Customer may cancel his order. In a case where goods are tobe delivered or services are to be supplied in instalments the Customermay cancel payments only for the undelivered goods or the unperformedpart of the Services. If the order is not cancelled the Customer shall bebound to pay the increased or varied price in respect of the goodsdelivered or Services performed after such notice is received. To beeffective cancellations must be in writing and must be received by theCompany either within fourteen days of the date in which such notice wassent or at least twenty-eight days before delivery or performance is due,whichever is the sooner.

(c) Unless otherwise expressly agreed prices quoted are ex works and excludeall cost of packaging and delivery from the Company's premises but thesemay be charged as extras.

(d) Any variation or amendment requested by the Customer will only be validand binding on the Company when subject to a change order relating tothe order duly placed upon and accepted by the Company in writing andsigned by a duly authorised representative, and subject to appropriateadjustment in price, delivery dates and other matters.

(e) Unless otherwise expressly agreed in the case of export sales, pricesquoted also exclude all overseas taxes and tariffs and all costs of deliverywhich will be the responsibility of the Customer.

4. DELIVERY(a) Delivery or periods are only best estimates and the Company is not liable

for the consequences of any delay. Accordingly, time shall not be of theessence in making deliveries.

(b) Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company, delivery of the Goodsshall take place at the Company’s place of business.

(c) Any delivery or performance period begins on the date of the Companyacceptance of the Customer's order or (if later) when the Companyreceives from the Customer any further information which it may requireto proceed with the contract. The Customer agrees to supply suchinformation promptly and to accept the Goods within the delivery orperformance schedule or timetable specified in the contract and to giveany necessary instructions for delivery or performance accordingly.

(d) Where the Company has agreed to deliver the Goods, the Customer shallin all cases other than export sales provide the labour necessary to theCompany to unload and stack free of charge to the Company and shallensure that the delivery vehicle is unloaded within a reasonable time andshall indemnify the Company against any loss or damage arising duringunloading.

(e) If for any reason the Customer fails to accept delivery of any of the Goodswhen they are ready for delivery, or the Company is unable to deliver theGoods on time because the Customer has not provided appropriateinstructions, documents, licences or authorisations:(i) risk in the Goods shall pass to the Customer (including for loss or

damage caused by the Company's negligence);(ii) the Goods shall be deemed to have been delivered; and the Company

may store the Goods until delivery, whereupon the Customer shall beliable for all related costs and expenses (including, without limitation,storage and insurance).

(f) If the Company delivers to the Customer a quantity of Goods of up to 5%more or less than the quantity accepted by the Company, the Customershall not be entitled to object to or reject the Goods or any of them byreason of the surplus or shortfall and shall pay for such goods at the prorata Contract rate.

(g) Any typographical, clerical error or other omission in documents issuedby the Company shall be subject to correction by the Company withoutliability on the part of the Company.

(h) The Customer must examine the Goods immediately upon delivery andwithin 7 days thereafter notify the Company in writing of any defects, andreturn any allegedly defective part or parts of the Goods to the Companyor as the Company shall direct at the Customer’s expense within 18 daysof delivery and pay to the Company the costs of any tests carried out tosuch part or parts (such cost to be certified by the Company) togetherwith the costs of return thereof to the Company in the event that no liabilityattaches to the Company in respect of defects. Where damage occurs, notapparent on reasonable inspection, the Customer must notify the Companywithin 7 days within the discovery of any such damage. In default theCustomer will be deemed to have examined and accepted the Goods.

(i) The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by orresulting from any variation (for whatever reason) in the specifications ortechnical data of any outside manufacturer or for any loss or damagearising out of curtailment or cessation of supply following such variation.

(j) The Company will repair or at its option replace free of charge any part ofthe Goods lost or damaged in transit provided that (if the Companyappoints the carrier) the Company and the carrier are given written noticeof such loss or damage within the time required by the carrier's Conditionsof Carriage. Alternatively where delivery is made by the Company’s owntransport the Company should be given written notice within three days ofthe arrival of the Goods or in the case of non-delivery within fourteen days

of despatch.This clause shall not apply to export sales.

(k) The quantity of any consignment of Goods as recorded by the Companyon despatch from the Company's place of business shall be conclusiveevidence of the quantity received by the Customer on delivery unless theCustomer can provide conclusive evidence proving the contrary.

5. RISK / TITLE(a) The Goods are at the risk of the Customer from the time of delivery.(b) Ownership of the Goods shall not pass to the Customer until the Company

has received in full (in cash or cleared funds) all sums due to it in respectof:(i) the Goods; and(ii) all other sums which are or which become due to the Company from

the Customer on any account.(c) Until ownership of the Goods has passed to the Customer, the Customer

shall:(i) hold the Goods on a fiduciary basis as the Company's bailee;(ii) store the Goods (at no cost to the Company) separately from all other

goods of the Customer or any third party in such a way that they remainreadily identifiable as the Company's property;

(iii) not destroy, deface or obscure any identifying mark or packaging onor relating to the Goods; and

(iv) maintain the Goods in satisfactory condition and keep them insuredon the Company's behalf for their full price against all risks to thereasonable satisfaction of the Company. On request the Customer shallproduce the policy of insurance to the Company.

(d) The Customer may resell the Goods before ownership has passed to itsolely on the following conditions:(i) any sale shall be effected in the ordinary course of the customer's

business at full market value; and(ii) any such sale shall be a sale of the Company's property on the

Customer’s own behalf and the Customer shall deal as principal whenmaking such a sale.

(e) The Customer's right to possession of the Goods shall terminateimmediately if:(i) the Customer has a bankruptcy order made against him or makes an

arrangement or composition with his creditors, or otherwise takes thebenefit of any statutory provision for the time being in force for the reliefof insolvent debtors, or (being a body corporate) convenes a meetingof creditors (whether formal or informal), or enters into liquidation(whether voluntary or compulsory) except a solvent voluntaryliquidation for the purpose only of reconstruction or amalgamation, orhas a receiver and/or manager, administrator or administrative receiverappointed of its undertaking or any part thereof, or documents are filedwith the court for the appointment of an administrator of the Customeror notice of intention to appoint an administrator is given by theCustomer or its directors or by a qualifying floating charge holder (asdefined in paragraph 14 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986), ora resolution is passed or a petition presented to any court for thewinding-up of the Customer or for the granting of an administrationorder in respect of the Customer, or any proceedings are commencedrelating to the insolvency or possible insolvency of the Customer; or

(ii) the Customer suffers or allows any execution, whether legal orequitable, to be levied on his/its property or obtained against him/it, orfails to observe or perform any of his/its obligations under the Contractor any other contract between the Company and the Customer, or isunable to pay its debts within the meaning of section 123 of theInsolvency Act 1986 or the Customer ceases to trade; or

(iii) the Customer encumbers or in any way charges any of the Goods.(f)The Company shall be entitled to recover payment for the Goodsnotwithstanding that ownership of any of the Goods has not passedfrom the Company.

(g) The Customer grants the Company, its agents and employees anirrevocable licence at any time to enter any premises where the Goods areor may be stored in order to inspect them, or, where the Customer's rightto possession has terminated, to recover them.

(h) Where the Company is unable to determine whether any Goods are thegoods in respect of which the Customer's right to possession has

terminated, the Customer shall be deemed to have sold all goods of thekind sold by the Company to the Customer in the order in which they wereinvoiced to the Customer.

(i) On termination of the Contract, howsoever caused, the Company's (butnot the Customer's) rights contained in this condition 5 shall remain ineffect.

6. LAWThe validity construction and performance of any contract to which theseconditions apply shall be governed by the law of England and any disputes shallbe submitted to the English Courts.7. PAYMENT(a) Subject to the establishment of an approved credit account, payment by

the Customer is due within 30 (thirty) days of the date of the invoice.(b) If the Customer fails to pay the Company by the due date the Company

may either suspend all further deliveries or performance of Services untilpayment is made in full or cancel the order and subsequent orderedinsofaras goods remain to be delivered or Services remain to be performedthereunder.

(c) The Company reserves the right to charge interest when payment has notbeen made on the due date at the rate (both before and after judgement)or two per cent above Bank base rate for the time being calculated on theoutstanding balance from the due date for payment down to receipt by theCompany of payment.

(d) Any sums paid by deposit, retainer or prepayment are not refundable inthe event of a Customer cancelling an order. The Company reserves theright at any time and it’s discretion to demand security for payment beforecontinuing with or delivering any order.

(e) Payment of the price for the Goods is due in pounds sterling.(f) No payment shall be deemed to have been received until the Company has

received cleared funds.(g) All payments payable to the Company under the Contract shall become

due immediately on its termination despite any other provision.(h) The Customer shall make all payments due under the Contract in full

without any deduction whether by way of set-off, counterclaim, discount,abatement or otherwise unless the Customer has a valid court orderrequiring an amount equal to such deduction to be paid by the Companyto the Customer.

8. GUARANTEE OF QUALITY(a) The Company shall have the right, whether before or after the date of the

order, to alter the specification of the Goods or any part thereof providedthat such alterations shall not adversely affect the performance of theGoods.

(b) Where the Company is not the manufacturer of the Goods, the Companyshall endeavour to transfer to the Customer the benefit of any warranty orguarantee given to the Company.

(c) The Company warrants that (subject to the other provisions of theseconditions) on delivery, and for a period of 24 months from the date ofdelivery, the Goods shall be of satisfactory quality within the meaning ofthe Sale of Goods Act 1979.

(d) The Company shall not be liable for a breach of the warranty in condition8 (c) unless the Company is given a reasonable opportunity after receivingthe notice of examining such Goods and the Customer (if asked to do soby the Company) returns such Goods to the Company's place of businessat the customers cost for the examination to take place there.

(e) The Company shall not be liable for a breach of the warranty in condition8 (c) if:(i) the Customer makes any further use of such Goods after giving such

notice; or(ii) the defect arises because the Customer failed to follow the Company's

oral or written instructions as to the storage, installation,commissioning, use or maintenance of the Goods or (if there are none)good trade practice; or

(iii) the Customer alters or repairs such Goods without the written consentof the Company.

(f) Subject to condition 8 (d) and condition 8 (e), if any of the Goods do notconform with the warranty in condition 8 (c) the Company shall at its optionrepair or replace such Goods (or the defective part) or refund the price ofsuch Goods at the pro rata Contract rate provided that, if the Company so

requests, the Customer shall, at the Company’s expense, return the Goodsor the part of such Goods which is defective to the Company.

(g) If the Company complies with condition 8 (f) it shall have no further liabilityfor a breach of the warranty in condition 8(c) in respect of such Goods.

9. USE OF THE GOODSWhere the Goods are plant for use or operation at work (or are components forsuch plant) it is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that proper standardsof safety are maintained in using the Goods and (without limitations) to pass onall instructions regarding such use to personnel and to arrange for their trainingin such use where appropriate. This obligation shall extend to taking allreasonable steps to ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work etc.Act 1974 in the event of sale on or other supply by the Customer.10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY(a) The Company will indemnify the Customer against any claim for

infringement of Letters Patent Registered Design Trade Mark or Copyright(“Intellectual Property Rights”) by the use or sale of any of the Goodsagainst all costs and damages which the Customer may incur in any actionfor such infringement or for which the Customer may become liable in anysuch action. Provided always that this indemnity shall not apply toanyinfringement which is due to the Company having followed anyinstructions furnished or given by the Customer or to the use of suchGoods in a manner or for a purpose or in a foreign country not specifiedby or disclosed to the Company or to any infringement which is due to theuse of the Goods in association or combination with any other goods notsupplied by the Company. And provided also that this indemnity isconditional upon the Customer giving to the Company notice within 7 daysin writing of any claim being made or action threatened or brought againstthe Customer and on the Customer permitting the Company at theCompany's own expense to conduct any litigation that may ensue and allnegotiations of the claim. The Customer warrants that any instructionfurnished or given by it shall not be such as will cause the Company toinfringe any intellectual Property Rights.

(b) The Customer shall indemnify the Company for any loss damage expenseor liability in any suit or proceeding based upon any claim for theinfringement of Intellectual Property Rights brought against the Companyresulting from the Company's compliance with the Customer's designsor specifications and for any such infringement involving any marking orbranding applied by the Company at the request of the Customer.

11. LIABILITY(a) Subject to condition 11(b) and condition 11 (c), the following provisions

set out the entire financial liability of the Company (including any liabilityfor the acts or omissions of its employees, agents and sub-contractors)to the Customer in respect of:(i) any breach of these conditions;(ii) any use made or resale by the Customer of any of the Goods, or of any

product incorporating any of the Goods; and(iii) any representation, statement or tortious act or omission including

negligence arising under or in connection with the Contract.(b) All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common

law (save for the conditions implied by section 12 of the Sale of GoodsAct 1979) are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from theContract.

(c) Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits the liability of the Company:(i) for death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence; or(ii) for any matter which it would be illegal for the Company to exclude or

attempt to exclude its liability; or(iii) for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

(d) Subject to conditions 9(b) and 9(c)(i) the Company's total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or

breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise,arising in connection with the performance or contemplatedperformance of the Contract shall be limited to the Contract price; and

(ii) the Company shall not be liable to the Customer for loss of profit, lossof business, or depletion of goodwill in each case whether direct,indirect or consequential, or any claims for consequentialcompensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) which arise out of orin connection with the Contract.

12. FORCE MAJEURE(a) The Company shall not be liable to the Customer to the extent that

fulfilment of its obligations to the Customer has been prevented hinderedor delayed by force majeure as herein defined.

(b) For the purpose of this Condition force majeure shall mean anycircumstance beyond the control of the Company and shall include(without limitation):(i) Riot civil commotions war rebellion national or international emergency

strikes lockouts or other labour disputes.(ii) Destruction or damage due to natural cause floods fires explosions or

breakdown of machinery.(iii) Any order of a local national or international authority.(iv) Shortage of labour equipment materials or supplies.(v) Transportation embargoes of failure or delays in transport.

13. REGULATIONSThe Customer warrants that it has complied with every applicable lawfulrequirement or instruction and (without Limitation) that it has obtained everynecessary licence permit or authority that may be required in connection withthe supply of Goods and Services to be carried out hereunder.14. DEFAULT INSOLVENCYIf the Customer shall commit a breach of any of its obligations to the Companyunder this or any other contract or if any distress or execution shall be leviedupon the Customer's property or assets or if the Customer shall make or offerany arrangement or composition with creditors or commit any act of bankruptcyor if any petition or receiving order in bankruptcy shall be presented or madeagainst him or (being a limited company) any resolution or petition for windingup shall be passed or presented (other than for the purpose of amalgamation orreconstruction) or if a receiver or administrator of its undertaking property orassets or any part thereof shall be appointed then the Company may withoutnotice:(a) suspend or determine the contract or any unfulfilled part thereof: and(b) stop any goods in transit; and(c) recover any Goods from the Customer's premises for which payment has

not been made in full without prejudice to any other right or remedy whichthe Company may lawfully enforce or exercise. Any cost incurred by theCompany during the process of recovering Goods from the Customer’spremises for which payment has not been made in full, would be regardedas the debt of the Customer to the Company.

15. GENERAL(a) The Customer shall not assign its interest in the Agreement without the

written consent of the Company.(b) Each right or remedy of the Company under the Contract is without

prejudice to any other right or remedy of the Company whether under theContract or not.

(c) If any provision of the Contract is found by any court, tribunal oradministrative body of competent jurisdiction to be wholly or partly illegal,invalid, void, voidable, unenforceable or unreasonable it shall to the extentof such illegality, invalidity, voidness, voidability, unenforceability orunreasonableness be deemed severable and the remaining provisions ofthe Contract and the remainder of such provision shall continue in fullforce and effect.

(d) Failure or delay by the Company in enforcing or partially enforcing anyprovision of the Contract shall not be construed as a waiver of any of itsrights under the Contract.

(e) Any waiver by the Company of any breach of, or any default under, anyprovision of the Contract by the Customer shall not be deemed a waiverof any subsequent breach or default and shall in no way affect the otherterms of the Contract.

(f) The parties to the Contract do not intend that any term of the Contract shallbe enforceable by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999by any person that is not a party to it.
