Fire Curtain For Genset

Fire Safety Inspection For Building By Bomba

Diesel Pool For Genset Room At Basement Floor & 8th Floor

For a further action on fire prevention, the manage-ment had installed five fire curtains for our genset air intake. It is necessary to create a temporary barrier that seals off the area on fire. The curtain descends and prevents any fire spreading from one area to an-other.

Please be informed that the management have obtained Fitness Certificates of escalators issued under the Factories and Ma-chinery Act (Notification, Certificate of Fitness and Inspections) Regulations, 1970 Regulation 10(2). The 10 units of escalator and 22 units of lift was certified with expiry date of 3rd October 2019.

The management had taken the fire prevention action by constructing total of five diesel pools at basement floor and 8th floor genset room to prevent any leakage of diesel fuel from the genset which is flammable and could be on fire easily. The installation of diesel pool is to ensure the safety of our patrons and workers to prevent unwanted situation.
