Mr. Cui Zhe is the Founding Director for KCL Consultants Pte Ltd since 2011. Graduated in 1997 with Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Mr. Cui has been conferred with Master of Engineering in 2003 (Civil) and Master of Science (Geotechnical Engineering) in 2013. He has over 20 years of experience in civil and structural design.
He has worked on a diverse range of projects, covering residential, retail, office, hotel, mixed development, industrial and institutional projects. His track records include landmark developments such as The Clift @ McCallum Street, Park Hotel Clarke Quay, Twenty Anson Building, River Isles @ Punggol Central, Lakeville @ Boon Lay Way, Signature at Yishun and Victoria Park Villas.
Mr. Cui is a registered Professional Engineer in Singapore
Mr. Kang Jianhan is the Founding Director of KCL Consultants Pte. Ltd since 2011. He has developed his expertise in the area of precast design and construction advisory, seismic design, façade design, complex structures ranging from high rise residential and commercial buildings to long-span structures, and floating concrete structures.
His track record included conceptual design and design advisory of a super-highrise luxury condominium, The Sail@Marina Bay, 73m span precast Aircraft Maintenance Hangar in Guam. Special precast façade such as NUS-Yale campus, Sengkang General Hospital, Draycott Park and etc. He also expertise in design, develop and construction of prefabricated bathroom unit (PBU) and prefabricated prefinished volumetric construction (PPVC) structures.
He was elected as a member of Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) and Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) since 2008. He has been the committee member of IES/IStructE Joint Committee Singapore since 2009.
Mr. Kang is a registered Professional Engineer in Singapore, Chartered Engineer in UK.

MR. LEE YEE SENG EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr. Chen Yuefeng is the Founder and Managing Director of KCL Consultants Pte Ltd. founded in 2011. Graduated in 1996 with First Class Honor Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Mr. Chen has been conferred with Master of Engineering in 1999 (Structural Engineering) and Master of Science (Geotechnical Engineering) in 2013. He has more than 20 years engineering experiences in structural dynamics, super high-rise building design, large span structure and Earth Retaining Structure System (ERSS) for deep basement excavation. He is also a pioneer in the design of Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC).
Mr.Chen has involved in a lot of landmark developments such as the Altez (62-storeys Condominium), J Gateway (39-storeys Condominium), Woods Square (an integrated office development with retail, F&B, and childcare centre @ Woodland MRT Station), Village Hotel Sentosa and Outpost Hotel Sentosa, Global India International School Singapore, Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital @ Maldives, MRT Mandai Depot ERSS design, North Point ERSS design @ Yishun MRT station, and so on.
Mr. Chen is a registered Professional Engineer in Singapore, Chartered Engineer in UK.
Mr. Lee Yee Seng is the Founding and Executive Director of KCL Consultants Pte Ltd. Graduated in 2004 from National University of Singapore in Civil Engineering, Mr Lee has been conferred with Master of Science (Civil) in 2007. He has more than 14 years engineering experiences in steel structures, deep foundations, high-rise building design, large span roof structures and Earth Retaining Structure System (ERSS) for deep basement excavation.
Mr.Lee has been involved in a broad spectrum of projects ranging from retail, overseas resort, residential, office, institutional to large-scale commercial mixed development. His track records include landmark developments such as The Scala @ Lorong Chuan, Parc Riveria @ West Coast Vale, The Topiary EC @ Fernvale Road, Star of Kovan and Pullman Maamuttaa Resorts, Maldives. Yee Seng is also the Term Consultant for National University of Singapore.
Mr.Lee is a registered Professional Engineer in Singapore and Malaysia, Chartered Engineer in UK.

MR. NG PENG BOONSENIOR GEOTECHNICAL ADVISOR
Mr. Ng Peng Boon joined KCL Consultants Pte Ltd in 2014 served as Senior Geotechnical Advisor. He has more than 40 years of diversified and extensive geotechnical engineering project experience.
Mr. Ng has been involved in a wide range of consulting projects in the areas of Foundation Design, Deep Excavations, Tunnelling Underground Works, off –shore structures, Reclamation and associated Structural Design. His was involved in MRT Down Town Line 3B, Pasir Panjang Terminal Phases 3 & 4 and Raft Foundation for Maple Tree Tower 3.
Mr. Ng is the registered PE(Civil), PE(Geo) and AC(Geo) in Singapore, and Fellow of Institution of Engineers , Singapore.
DR. TIAN HAITECHNICAL DIRECTOR (GEO)
Dr. Tian Hai joined KCL Consultants Pte Ltd since 2013 as Technical Director (Geo). Dr. Tian received his Ph.D. from National University Singapore in 2003. He also holds Bachelor & Master Degree in Civil Engineering from Tsinghua University, China. He has more than 20 years of geotechnical engineering project design and research experience.
Dr. Tian has been involved in thousands of Foundation, Deep Excavation, Soil Improvement projects design and checking, which include deep excavation design for City Square Mall, Clarke Quay Central, Northpoint City, Mandai Depot and so on.
