This highly advanced equipment will allow welders to speed up their production flow and make it more efficient while producing welds of superior quality. Lorch will also be taking the wraps off their new line of turntables named Lorch Turn IC as well as their pre-engineered roundseam solutions Lorch Roundseam. Furthermore, visitors will be given a chance to experience the power and precision of the family of Lorch welding carriages for themselves at the Lorch booth. Lorch's innovative turntables of the Lorch Turn IC series are the perfect tools for preparing welding circular welds either manually or in fully automated fashion: They markedly streamline and accelerate the welding processes. The series is made up of five different lines that come with a built-in control and can be configured to work with a wide variety of gearboxes. To complete automated circular welding applications, nearly all turntable models can be combined with an optional torch positioning feature. Depending on the version, welders will be able to weld with unprecedented productivity - both when processing small and light workpieces as well as workpieces for industrial applications that can weigh up to 3,700 kilogrammes. Lorch will use the Euroblech 2016 as a platform to showcase their latest automated welding technology in the field of Lorch Automation Solutions. This highly advanced equipment will allow welders to speed up their production flow and make it more efficient while producing welds of superior quality. Lorch will also be taking the wraps off their new line of turntables named Lorch Turn IC as well as their pre-engineered roundseam solutions Lorch Roundseam. Designed for the automated welding of components that are rotationally symmetrical, such as pipes, flanges, rollers or shafts, the pre-engineered roundseam solutions Lorch Roundseam will be another highlight of Lorch's presentation at the trade show. kilogramme or industrial products tipping the scales at 5,000 kilogrammes: the four models included in the Lorch Roundseam series cover a wide range of applications and will always adapt perfectly to the requirements at hand.

Designed as the perfect match to smaller workpieces weighing up to 25 kilogrammes, Lorch's Roundseam Swingarm Micro is a smart solution for straightforward welding tasks that require a maximum of accuracy. Workpieces of medium size are best entrusted to the Lorch Baseslider. More involved welding operations in the middle weight class that may also require a titling function are best processed using the Lorch Swingarm. Capable of handling workpieces with a diameter of 1,500 millimetres, a maximum weight of 5,200 kilogrammes and a length of 16 metres, the Lorch Roundseam Topslider stands up to the most demanding challenges industry can dish out.

Lorch's welding carriages Lorch Trac Wheel and Trac Rail support the welder in the most effective way while working on continuous longitudinal and curved seams. Every Lorch machine consistently produces flawless weld seams while delivering substantial savings in time and energy - and these carriages are no exception. While the extra compact Trac Wheel with its robust lightweight aluminium body is ideal for horizontal and vertical longitudinal and curved seams, the two rail-bound welding carriages Trac Rail and Trac Rail Pro are the options of choice when it comes to welding particularly long butt and fillet welds. When combined with an optional vacuum rail mount, the welding carriages' range of application can even be extended to aluminium and stainless steel. Welders who prefer to program their welding tasks will opt for the Trac Wheel Pro variant of the carriages, which allows the welder to quickly retrieve and accurately reproduce previously saved welding programs.
