Breann Joy Janzing and McKinley Wayne Harshbarger were united in marriage on Jan. 28 at the Faith Community Church in O’Neill, Neb. Pastor Steve Randolph performed the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of John and Teresa Janzing of At-kinson, Neb. The groom is the son of David and Shelley Harsh-barger of Norton, and Brett and Dani Hinson of Bertrand, Neb.
Clayton and Lura Goeke of Atkinson, Neb. are the bride’s grandparents.
Roy Harshbarger of Norton and Bob and Ada Hinson of Bertrand, Neb. are the groom’s grandparents. Unable to attend but celebrating in spirit were Jerome Rudolph of Almena, grandfather of the groom and Don and Vera Saddler, the groom’s great-grandparents.
The bride’s sisters served as her bridesmaids. Her twin sis-ter, Abby Janzing, was the maid of honor and Laurel Wettlaufer was her matron of honor.
The groom’s cousin, Rex Harshbarger, was best man and the groom’s brother, Kyle Harshbarger, was his grooms-man.
Candle-lighters were the groom’s sister, Brianna Hinson, and his cousin Haley Graham.
The flower girls were the groom’s sister, Gracey Hinson, and the bride’s niece, Kimberly Wettlaufer.
The ring-bearers were the groom’s brother, Brodey Hin-son, and the bride’s nephew, Hunter Wettlaufer.
Serving as ushers were Ja-mie Harshbarger, the groom’s brother, Kevin Harshbarger, the groom’s uncle and Nathaniel Graham, the groom’s cousin.
Laurel Wettlaufer played “Be
Thou My Vision” on violin dur-ing the unity candle.
Scott Moore provided the sound for the ceremony.
A reception and short dance were held at the Atkinson Com-munity Center.
Following a short honeymoon trip the couple is residing in St. Paul, Neb.

June 27, 1926 - March 28, 2012Marceline Hewett, 85, Hays,
died Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at the St. John’s of Hays.
She was born June 27, 1926 in Alma, Neb., the daughter of Edgar and Alice (Clement) Har-rington. On March 9, 1947 she married Robert Hewett in Al-mena. He preceded her in death on April 12, 1986.
She was a depot agent for Burlington Northern Railroad and a homemaker. She was a resident at Centennial Towers for several years before moving into the nursing home.
Survivors include a son, Ed-ward Hewett and his wife Cathy of Thornton, Colo.; daughters Evelyn Zellmer of Hays and Sandra Wolfram and her hus-band Larry of Liberal; a brother Richard Harrington and his wife Judith of El Cajon, Calif.; sister-in-law Betty Harrington of Kearney, Neb.; nine grand-
children, Matt Zellmer of Rapid City, S.D.; Keri Roche and her husband Jeff of Yukon, Okla.; Adrew Zellmer of Hays; Kath-eryn Uhner and her husband Victor of Chanute; Laura Staab and her husband Jason of Hays; Kyle Wolfram and his wife Leah of Kingswood, Texas; Alissa Downs and her husband Jimmy of Fairbanks, Alaska; and Sarah
Hewett and Ashley Hewett of Thornton, Colo.; fourteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by an infant son, Donald Eugene Hewett, a son-in-law David Zellmer, brothers Robert and Charles Harrington, and a sister- in-law Polly Harrington.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 31 at the Hays Memorial Chapel Fu-neral Home, 1906 Pine Street. Burial will be at 1 p.m. in the Mt. Hope Cemetery in Almena. Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. on Friday and from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the fu-neral home.
Memorials are suggested to the Humane Society of the High Plains, the Almena Cem-etery Association or to donor’s choice. Condolences may be left for the family at www.hay-smemorial.com.
Gage L. Waugh, son of Chad Waugh and Allison Beach was born to loving arms on No-vember 10, 2011. Gage died on March 27, 2012 at the age of four and a half months.
Survivors include his parents of Norton; one sister, Reghan; Grandparents, Janet Kile, Terry Waugh, Charles Beach, Maxine Beach; two aunts, Brandi Waugh, Heather Beach; two uncles, Danny Kile and Sean Beach.
He was preceded in death by his Grandmother, Valerie Beach.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 31, at 10:00 a.m. at the Norton Church of God, 1010 Churchill Drive, Norton, Kansas. Interment will be at the Edmond Cemetery, Edmond.
A memorial has been established to the Gage L. Waugh Memorial Fund.
