BIG4 Borderland Wodonga Park Rules

All management and staff wish you an enjoyable and memorable stay.

CHECK IN/OUT

Check in from 2pm. Check out by 10am. Late checkouts can be arranged subject to availability. Fees may apply.

RECEPTION HOURS

Mon – Sat: 8.00am - 5.00pm Sun: 9.00am - 5.00pm

AFTER HOURS

For after-hours assistance, please use the after-hours number 0437 411 213 or call 000 in cases relating to FIRE, POLICE OR AMBULANCE.

VEHICLES

Only one vehicle per site. Extra cars, commercial vehicles & boats must park in designated space available. Strict 5 KMH speed limit – kids share the park roads. No vehicle maintenance is permitted in the Park. Washing of vehicles must be conducted in dedicated car wash area.

BOOMGATES

The boom-gates are fitted with anti-passback technology so tailgaters will not be able to get out. Your site-specific code will deactivate at checkout time.

VISITORS

All visitors must register at the office upon arrival. Fees may apply. Visitors cars must remain outside the boom gates at all times.

PETS

Pets are welcome at Managers’ discretion. No pets are permitted in park accommodation except specifically designated Pet Friendly Cabins. Portable outdoor kennels are available for hire with cabins if required. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and not left unattended. All waste must be collected and disposed of appropriately in garbage bins. Pets are not permitted in the pool area or camp kitchen.

SUPERVISION OF YOUR

CHILDREN

The park and its facilities are provided

for the enjoyment of you and your children. The supervision of your children is important for their safety, so they are not a nuisance or danger to themselves or others. Children must be supervised by an adult when visiting the showers, toilets and pools. Management advise you that all recreational activities are done at your own risk.

BICYCLES & SCOOTERS

Helmets must be worn. No riding after street lights are on. For safety reasons skateboards and rollerblades are not to be used in the park.

JUMPING PILLOW

Open 8.30am – 7.00pm (6.00pm non-AEDT). Use of pillow when wet is strictly prohibited. No shoes, sharp objects in pockets, bikes or food allowed. Please observe all rules displayed at the site.

EQUIPMENT HIRE – SOCCER

BALLS, BOARD GAMES

Equipment available to hire from office. $5 refundable security deposit is required. POOL AND AMENITIES

Our amenities, and pool are for the use of guests only. Any request for visitors must be approved by management.

Pool opening hours: 8.30am until Sunset. You must shower before swimming. No running, smoking, glass, food or alcohol in the pool enclosure.

CAMP KITCHEN & BBQ AREAS

Camp kitchen is open 8.30 – 10pm. There are several BBQ areas throughout the park. Please leave these areas clean and tidy after use. You must vacate these areas by 10.30pm. Open fires & Coal BBQ fires strictly prohibited.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES

Washing machines, dryers and clothes lines are provided for your convenience. The machines are coin operated and only accept $1 coins.

Cold Wash: $4 Dryer: $1/10mins No washing of pet blankets.

WIFI

Complimentary WiFi is provided for one device on check-in providing 300MB and 24 hours usage. Additional data can be purchased at reception/ by following the browser prompts.

QUIET TIME & NOISE

The peaceful enjoyment of our park and its facilities by all visitors is important to us. Please assist by being considerate to your neighbors and restrict noise from radios, televisions and social gatherings after 10pm and before 8am.

RUBBISH REMOVAL

Rubbish and recycling bins are provided throughout the park.

SECURING YOUR SITE

While Park Management do their best to ensure a safe and secure environment, please secure your vehicle, bikes, eskys and other valuable while on holidays.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted in communal areas or inside Park accommodation. A $175 will be charged if guests are found to have been smoking in park accommodation.

EVACUATION PLAN

3 blasts of air horn signals you to assemble in the emergency evacuation point as indicated on the park map.

PARK MANAGEMENT

DISCRETION

Park Management has the right to direct any park patron (including their guests, visitors and invitees) to leave the park if that person refuses to comply with the park rules, causes a nuisance, or interferes with the use and enjoyment of the park.

INCIDENTS

Please report all incidents or accidents as soon as possible.
