Mr. Weaver has over 40 years’ experience providing civil, geotechnical, materials engineering and engineering consulting and project management services for a variety of clients. He has extensive experience in design, construction quality control, and forensic investigations for major building, bridge and civil projects. Mr. Kurtz is a registered professional engineer with more than 24 years of experience and a diverse background in construction materials testing, special inspection, and civil design.
