Mr. Weaver has over 40 years’ experience providing civil, geotechnical, materials engineering and engineering consulting and project management services for a variety of clients. He has extensive experience in design, construction quality control, and forensic investigations for major building, bridge and civil projects. He has managed and/or had oversight for engineering consulting services for offices in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Utah and Nevada. Through that experience he had direct project management experience with the vast majority of Native American Communities in the Southwest. Mr. Kurtz is a registered professional engineer with more than 24 years of experience and a diverse background in construction materials testing, special inspection, and civil design. His experience encompasses the full spectrum of the fields having performed field special inspection and materials testing, laboratory materials testing, and civil design early in his career progressing to managing materials field and laboratory services, and project management. He has provided materials engineering expertise on numerous projects in the West and Southwest. Mr. Kurtz's experience includes project management on several large scale private and public construction projects. This experience includes the review of plans and specifications, development and administration of materials testing and inspection programs, coordination of field testing and inspection activities, and managing documentation of contract compliance.
