Last year the CCCC Foundation awarded more than $58,000 in scholarships to Cerro Coso students, thanks to the generosity of our staff and commu- nity, keeping the dream of a college education alive for many of those students. This year’s Denim and Diamonds Gala is coming up on Satur- day, February 28, 2015 at the Kerr McGee Center and I personally invite all of you to bring your family and friends and experience firsthand the pride they show in supporting our students. The lavish silent and live auctions will boast items such as balloon rides, jewelry, gift baskets, and plenty of exciting trip packages and dining ex- periences. Tickets are $40 per person and are available from the College Business Office. Get yours today! The generosity of our staff and community makes a significant differ- ence in the lives of our students. I hope to see you all there.
