Indian Tax – Income Tax Declaration In the Indian Tax Self Service, you can declare your Tax declaration details at the beginning of the year. Record the details of House Rent, Form 12C (Other Income), Section 80C details etc and also view the summary of tax declaration.

Step 2: Click on House Rent and Children Education Details link to record the House Rent Details. Enter the details and Save.

Step 1: When you click on View Tax Declarations Activity. The below page is launched :


Note : You can collapse or Expand all the sections and see in this screen.


Few Important icons and their description

- (Home), this takes you to the first screen that you see after login.

- (Change password), helps you change you password.

- (Context), helps you to shift between supervisor to Employee role

- (Defaults), this helps to get back all you setting to default settings

- (Print screen), helps you to print the respective screen

- (Cancel) takes to previous page.

- (Refresh), F5 (key) also works similarly for this function

- (Log out), Logs you off the Ramco ESS

- (Menu), This shows the menu or different tabs on that screen


Few Important icons and their description

- (Insert option), this helps insert a column during addition of data

- (Copy and append), helps in copying and edit information.

- (Export to Excel) this option helps you export data from desktop. [Note : please

down load the format by exporting it to excel first]

- (View all ), it gives all information in a single pop box.

- (Search).

- (Favorites), helps you organize your favorites

- (Import from Excel) this option helps you to import data from desktop. [Note : this

helps you to fill the data in an unloadable format in ESS.

Step 1: Click on View Pay slip activity.

Step 2: The below screen is launched. Enter the Process period (fiscal month) or click on the magnifying glass icon to select the process period.

Step 3: click on print Pay slip button and the Pay slip Webpage will be launched. (please remember that pop-up blocker is disabled).
