Step 1

• Norwegian side to contact Egypt for their signature on the agreement

• Norwegian side to contact Egypt to discuss a dedicated contact person from Egypt

• Norwegian side to present an action plan• China to prepare a draft about a web site and a

joint magazine – to be presented to the Egyptian side at a meeting with Norwegian representatives in June 2007.

Step 2

• Norwegian side to close an intermediate stage and ask World Heritage Council for West Norway Fjordlandscape to act as a Norwegian partner

• China to start act as a coordinator for the three-sided cooperation
