• Patrol orders are good for a 24 hour period from the first itinerary entry

TraileringTrailering
• Trailering the day before and/or after a mission requires a separate patrol order– In the comments section state “orders for trailering
only”– If only one member is trailering the facility, an e-mail
must be sent through the appropriate chain so a crew over ride may be completed
Eighth Western Rivers 2015 Operations Workshop
17
TraileringTrailering
• Items to remember when completing a trailering only order– In the itinerary section of the order, you must have the
trailering line and a line for underway time not to exceed 1/10th of an hour
– Only vehicle mileage is listed on the patrol order• DO NOT put in a $.01 in the Fuel Total Box. The Fuel

Radio Facility OrdersRadio Facility Orders
• Multiple radios utilized on a mission require only one AOM Order. The primary radio of the mission is the facility the order is issued for and each additional radio is listed in the comments section.
Eighth Western Rivers 2015 Operations Workshop

• If a member has a trailer which houses the radios used for a mission, each radio does not need to be offered for use. Instead the trailer and radios should be offered for use as one mobile facility.
