Revenue Model

You may chose from either of the two revenue models: 1. Joint Venture

Falcon can sign a joint venture agreement with and share the income and expenses on a 50%- 50% basis.

2. Show Management

Falcon can sign a show management agreement and work on a show management fee and sales commission basis. In addition to sales commission and show management, following cost heads to be paid as per actual costs incurred:

Space Rental Charges Space Construction and Decoration Charges Media Publicity Charges Pre and During event Press Conference charges Printing and Stationery (Brochures / Mailers etc.) Travel expenses in India and abroad for pre event

organisation and contact with potential speakers and exhibitors etc.
