Samtalshistorik (SMDR) från växeln sparas på Web Server PCn.

Web klientanvändaren kan se samtalshistoriken via sin web browser.SMDR typen i växeln måste vara "Type A (utan call charge information)".

SMDR datum format (som MM-DD-YY) måste vara lika programmerat i växel och på server.

Charge rate and currency has to be assigned before connecting PBX.

Kostnad beräknas när samtalsinformationen skickas från växeln.

Call Accounting System är gratis fram till Juni 2009.

PBX Supported Versions

Även fast växelns MPR Version är gammal så kommer SMDR via LAN att fungera. Däremot, om LAN anslutningen bryts tillfälligt kan viss data försvinna. Dom officiellt stödda MPR versionerna har en funktion för omsändning av SMDR data för såna fall.
