IKS DOOR WITH HIDDEN HINGESAll along, the main demand of designers and companies making furniture, is to reduce the aesthetic impact on the products, caused by the different systems of hardware, such as the opening hinges for wardrobes. Nowadays Trial has a solution for this and has developed, together with De-coma Design, the project IKS WITH HINGES: the hinges are put inside the top and the bottom of the wardrobe, so that it’s nomore necessary to make any workings on the side of the wardrobe, and since the hinges are hidden, they don’t cause any problem in the positioning of the shelves, inner equipment and in the opening of the drawers also.The hinge, with return spring and damper, can be adjusted in height, width and depth and can be used both for aluminium frame doors and for wooden doors of a maximum height of 3 meters.Trial has a standard frame door profile for aluminium door (IS-954), but to-gether with our technical office, the customer can customize this profile. The hinge too can be customized, putting the customer logo on the abs plate that covers the hinge. Con questo sistema di ante la cerniera non è più in vista, non occorre più effettuare lavorazioni sul fianco del mobile e le cerniere non creano più impedimento al posizionamento dei ripiani o all’uso delle attrezzature interne, in particolar modo all’apertura dei cassetti. La cerniera è dotata di molla di richiamo e di ammortizzatore, è regolabile nelle 3 direzioni, altezza, larghezza e profondità e può essere usata sia su ante in legno che in alluminio fino ad un’altezza massima di 3 mt. Trial Alluminio propone un proprio profilo standard per la realizzazione di ante in alluminio (IS-954), ma lo stesso può essere personalizzato a disegno del Cliente.Only è un sistema di profili in alluminio per realizzare strutture di mobili, walk in closet e cabine.Il sistema comprende dei montanti con una cremagliera interna ed un piedino regolabile, dei traversi che si agganciano con giunti a scomparsa e dei profili per i tamponamenti laterali in vetro.Le porte possono essere realizzate in vetro con il sistema IKS di Trial, oppure con pannelli lignei.Flessibilità e valore estetico si coniugano in un sistema polivalente di facile utilizzo.

ONLY est un système de profilés en aluminium pour réaliser armoires et dressings.Le système est composé de profilés verticaux avec une crémaillère à l’intérieur et pieds réglables, profilés horizontaux avec pièces de connexion cachés, profilés pour fermer les côtés en verre.Les portes peuvent être en verre, en utilisant le système IKS, ou en bois.Flexibilité et valeur esthétique dans un seul système de facile utilisation.La charnière n’est pas visible, il n’est plus nécessaire de faire d’usinage sur le côté du meuble et, par suite, les charnières ne sont plus un obstacle pour positionner les rayons et pour l’ouverture des tiroirs. La charnière est équipée avec un ressort de rappel et un amortisseur et peut être utilisée pour des portes en aluminium et en bois aussi jusqu’à une hauteur de 3 mètres. Trial propose un profilé standard (IS-954), mais le client peut le personnaliser.

Only ist ein System aus Aluminiumprofilen, um Strukturen, Möbel und begehbare Kleiderschränke zu bauen.Das System besteht aus vertikalen Profile mit Innenzahnstangen, einem verstellbaren Fuß, Querträgern mit verdeckten Verbindungsstücken und Profilen für den Seitenwänden aus Glas. Die Türen können aus Glas mit dem IKS System bzw. mit Holzplatten hergestellt werden. Flexibilität und ästhetischer Wert verbinden sich in einem Mehrzweck-System, das einfach zu verwenden ist.Mit diesem Türsystem ist das Scharnier nicht mehr zu sehen, man müss nicht mehr Bearbeitungsvorgänge an der Korpusseite führen und die Scharniere verhindern nicht mehr die Anordnung der Regale, die Verwendung von Innenzubehören, insbesondere das Öffnen der Schubladen. Das Scharnier ist mit einer Rückstellfeder und Stoßdämpfer ausgestattet und ist in drei Richtungen (Höhe, Breite, Tiefe) einstellbar; es kann sowohl mit Holztüren als auch mit Aluminiumtüren bis zu einer maximalen Höhe von drei Metern verwendet werden. Trial bietet eine Standardprofil für die Herstellung von Aluminiumtüren (IS-954) aber das gleiche kann Kundenzeichnung angefertigt werden.
