• Two new statuses No Home Meds & Unobtainable• Default to new to quickly enter multiple meds• Enter “little blue pill.” Can edit once med is

identified• Enter name of drug only =unconfirmed status• Enter name and tablet strength=unconfirmed

status• Enter full details=confirmed and can be reconciled

to inpatient
