Strategies and reforms are more a process and people then documents, laws, and procedures.
Leadership, ownership, committment. Willingness, readiness, ability. The time is now, and no additional day can be wasted. Ukrainians should do their howework by themselves. Think big but also small – quick wins where positive results are visible quickly. Engage people – communities: without them no change is possible. Do not wait for big reforms to change your lives – start from yourselves. Don’t ask what country can do to you - think what you can do for your place. Authorities should be open and transparent. Honesty and new opening. A strong and dedicated team of people.
