Defendant rom sendng faxes to the WCDA

The axes that the Deendant has sent to the WCDA contan

ramblngs by the Deendant wthou any cohesveness or clarty, are

sometmes dulcatve of rvous faxes sent, and tycally attach

othe emals, corresondence or narratves o the Defendant whch

are rrelevant to any endng crmnal case beng roscuted by the

WCDA To the best of the undersgned's knowledge, there s asolutely

no substantve value or other reason for the Defendant to send such

volumnous and reeated faxes, whch has draned the nk suly on at

least one occason and ran through reams o aer These sules of

a government agency, whch are unded by taxayer money are eng

draned due to the Deendants actons; such s artcularly alarmng

as such conduct s occurrng durng a budget crss

Further, sendng axes to the WCDA s mroer as the Defendant

s reresented by counsel All communcaton wth the WCDA by the

Deendant should go through hs attorney of record However, even f

the Deendant s allowed to reresent hmself n roer erson, as

has been broached, these axes serve no urose other than to annoy

or unnecessarly use State resources Should the Deendant, ether

through hs attorney or n roer erson, wsh to le any motons or

WCA He has clearly abused any ability to send faxes to the WCA

Finally, based on the history of the efendant repeatedly faxing

the WCA, the State believes that this Motion is necessary to prevent

any further faxes, which assuredly will occur

. CONCLUSON

The State respectfully requests that this Court enter an Order

prohibiting the efendant fro faxing the WCA
