DAYS 2-6 | Geneva Family StayToday is the day you’ve been waiting for! Arrive in Geneva and meet your famille d’accueil! B
DAY 7 | MontreuxTake the train to the resort city of Montreux, with its picturesque views of Lake Geneva, enhanced by the beautiful background of the Alps. Explore the walking paths of the Riviera Promenade along the lake and visit the Vieille Ville to drink delicious hot chocolate at an outdoor café. B
DAY 8 | MontreuxVisit the Château de Chillon, a historic castle on a small island in Lake Geneva, built in the mid-12th century and home to the Counts of Savoy. Your day concludes with a relaxing boat ride on Lake Geneva. B
DAY 9 | LausanneNamed the “San Francisco” of Switzerland because of its hills and beauty, Lausanne is home to the Musée Olympique and to Switzerland’s largest university. You can take the funicular metro that runs from the lake to the top of the city or visit the Cathédrale de Lausanne, one of the largest medieval churches in the country. B
DAY 10 | LausanneTake a train to the small village of Gruyères. Walk the cobblestone streets and visit the cheese factory for a tour. Visit the nearby Broc fabrique, home of Nestlé chocolate, and enjoy complimentary chocolate samples. End your day with a farewell dinner in town. B D
