!Equipment (District Purchased) SBUSD retains sole right of possession of the iPad and related equipment. If participating in the lease to purchase program, the SBUSD retains sole right of possession of the iPad and related equipment until the final lease payment has been received by the district. !Mobile Device Management - MDM (All iPads) All iPads used by a SBUSD student must enroll on district’s MDM system. MDM enrollment installs “profiles” on any iPad used on the SBUSD network. Students are not permitted to remove the MDM profiles. Removal of MDM profiles may result in loss of network connectivity and possible disciplinary action.

!Substitution of Equipment (All iPads) In the event that the iPad is inoperable, SBUSD has a limited number of spare iPads for use while the iPad is repaired or replaced. This agreement remains in effect for the substitute. If a student forgets to bring their iPad or power charger to school, a substitute will not be provided.
