NARNIA
The Chronicles of Narnia have been adapted
several times, complete or in part, for radio,
television, stage, and cinema. Narnia contains
numerous traditional Christian themes, and is
directed by TRBC’s Children’s Directors, David and
Ruth Givens. This play is for older children through
adults. Having seen two plays directed by David and
Ruth, The Sound of Music and Annie, I can assure you
that the tickets will be worth the price. As a double
blessing, the price you pay will go to the Building
Fund. Be sure to get your tickets early and be a part
of this wonderful Christmas event at TRBC!
Our Holiday Schedule will include Sundays with all
of our routine services and Bible study sessions. We
will have a Christmas Eve service on December 24
at 5:00 p.m. The New Year’s Eve schedule will include
a Chili Supper at 5:00 p.m. and a very special New
Year’s Eve Worship Service at 6:00 p.m.
Please take advantage of every opportunity to
worship with your family during the Christmas
holidays. It will help make for HOLY days not just
holidays.
Merry Christmas,
Andy

Children's MinistrySupper/ Dessert Six Fellowship Groups
Would you like to get to know other families in the church? Then this is a great opportunity for you. The basic idea is that your family will be joined with two other family units, for the purpose of fellowship, one night a month for three (3) months. You decide
whether the gathering will be a full dinner or a dessert fellowship. We would like to start this in the New Year. You can pick up a family registration form in your Sunday School Class or in the Church Office.
After sign-ups, we will create groups to meet and enjoy the fellowship of new church friends.
MISSIONS 2009Do you have a heart for missions? Has God called
you to go on mission for Him in the Year 2009? Taylor Road Baptist will have several opportunities
for you next year through home mission trips; a trip for carpenters; an overseas trip to Brazil; and, perhaps, other destinations. Several dates
are pending at this time. Continue to pray about how God can use you in a mission project next
year. More information about opportunities will be provided as dates are set.
Christmas Eve ServiceWednesday, December 24

for the date!
AWANAThe boys in the AWANA program

Christmas Season.
Montgomery now has a new contemporary Christian radio station – WVRV – The River – at 101.5 and 97.5 FM. The River plays uplifting, positive and encouraging music – “safe for the whole
family”-24/7 and keeps you informed about news, weather and traffic.

Taylor Road on Sunday, December 14th.
We will deliver the gifts on Saturday, December 20th at 10:00 am. If you are interested in volun-teering to help deliver these gifts, please contact
