Consumers feel that supply is regular and

reliable. There are no complaints from any

pocket regarding non-supply or less pressure.There is a constant increase in demand for

connections.

Supply is 30 to 40 minutes in the morning andit has proved to be sufficient. Consumers have

accepted rise in rate from Rs. 50 per month to

Rs. 70 per month.Consumers are conscious about wastage of

water
