S.O. 226 (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Micro, Small andMedium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006) read with rule 3 of the National Board for Micro, Small andMedium Enterprises Rules, 2006 and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry ofMicro, Small and Medium Enterprises number S.O. 1375 (E), dated the 2ih May, 2013, published in the Gazette ofIndia, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 27th May, 2013, except as respects things done oromitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby establishes the National Board for Micro,Small and Medium Enterprises for the purposes of the said Act, which shall consist of the following members,namely:-
