    Introduction

    A module that must be completed by bachelor and masterstudents as a requirement to receive the bachelor and masterdegree.

    The aim of the module is to give students opportunity to applythe knowledge that they have gained throughout the programme

    to solve or improve any management issues.

    Students are expected to do their work independently most ofthe time, but their progress will be monitored closely by theirsupervisor.

    Students will have to document their work in a thesis formatwhich must be bounded and submitted to the university

    Prerequisite of this project : A student must completeat least 6 modules and pay 50% of programme fee.

    Project Specifications

    Scope of the project : Business Improvement (BI) Project must be in the area of programmes specialization.

    Duration of the project : 4 months

    Final grade of the project is based on assessment of the

    following:

    Project Proposal 10% Progress Meeting 10% Report Formatting 10% Project Implementation (Report)50%

    Final Presentation & Viva 20%

    Project proposal must be prepared using power point slideand highlight the following:

    Each student will be given 20 minutes to present the proposaland 5 minutes for Q&A

    Report of the project should include the following:

    Students must submit 2 copies of the report (one copy for supervisorand one for assessor)

    Final Presentation & VIVA

    During Final Presentation & VIVA, students are given anopportunity to present their project to the assessor team and

    defense their work.

    The purpose of defense is only to verify whether the claimed

    work is done by the corresponding student.

    Each student will be given 20 minutes to present the summary

    of all chapters and 5 minutes for Q&A.
