The ignition MUST be turnedOFF before installation!
PLEASE READ ALL DIRECTIONS BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION

6 Locate the Throttle Position Sensor onthe right hand side of the throttlebody.
Unplug the stock wiring harness fromthe TPS.
7 Plug the 4 pin connectors from thePCIII in-line of the TPS and stockwiring harness (Fig. C).

5 Plug the matching connectors fromthe PCIII in-line of the throttle bodyand wiring harness (Fig. B).
Align the PCIII connector to the stockwiring harness as shown below. Thesquare edges of the PCIII connectoralign with the spring clip side of thestock wiring harness
1 Remove the seat.
2 Remove the right hand upper fairingand the center piece over the air box.
3 Lay the PCIII in the tail section tem-porarily.
4 Unplug the stock wiring harness fromthe throttle body (Fig. A). This con-nection is located to the rear of the airbox next to the frame crossover.

10 Plug the connector from the DynojetO2 sensor into the PCIII harness (Fig.E).
11 Plug the round connector from thePCIII harness into the stock wiringharness where the stock O2 sensorwas unplugged from (Fig. E).
12 Zip tie the PCIII harness to the frameas shown in Fig. F.

8 Remove the stock O2 sensor from theexhaust (Fig. D) This is accessiblefrom the left side of the bike. Unplugthe stock sensor from the wiring har-ness
9 Install the supplied Dynojet wideband sensor into the exhaust.
