The crazies in this neighborhood will use any excuse to dress up, make fun of others, and drink. Join them. Parade lineup at noon. Pa- rade route runs Buttles Avenue (starting at Park Street) to Neil Avenue to Second Avenue to High Street to Russell Avenue to Park Street, cars will go left (some parking spots will be reserved for cars from parade that are going to the block party), and all others go right - towards the block party. Then go play in the street until 10p with live music, danc- ing, funny stuff, men from mars, women from venus, men from venus, and other stuff! It’s all free - except you pay for your beer.
