History of DUAL Group

� Established from 1991, as fully private (family) businesses;� Growth based entirely on reinvested profits;� Diversified expertise acquired over time, resulting in a full range of

products and services, as well as complex turn-key projects for infrastructure and various industries;

� Development based on renewing technology, (re)designing products to customers’ needs, training workforce;

� 20 years later, DUAL Group is a well-established and appreciated business partner in the market, exports 15-25% of output, has a turnover of some EUR 14M and a workforce of some 220 people dedicated to their work;

� For the past 12 years, the financial reports of the companies are audited yearly by Deloitte&Touche.

� In 2005, SOBEM Romania (www.sobemromania.ro) was created as a joint venture between DUAL MAN and SOBEM (France) for the manufacturing of electrical enclosures.
