Description: The FANUC CNC Elementary Maintenance course focuses on the fundamentals of CNCs and factory automation. Suitable for machine operators and maintenance professionals, course material is geared to students with little or no experience with FANUC equipment, and is presented in a general format so that it may later be applied to any model of FANUC CNC. Among the topics covered in this course are:

FANUC CO2 Laser5 days Course #: TRLAS50-202

Description: The FANUC CO2 Laser Comprehensive Maintenance Course is developed for industry maintenance personnel to complete their understanding of FANUC CO2 Laser Maintenance issues.

Topics covered include:

•Theory and safety•Daily inspection: Laser gas specifi cation, exhaust pump oil, turbo blower oil, Laser output, cooling water. •Periodic maintenance: mirror cleaning, change and alignment, fi lter change, O-ring change, oil change. Laser gas and cooling water pipe. Conduct an oscillator vacuum leakage test. Perform laser oscillation to achieve discharge aging. Check the oscillation characteristics, and output. Check laser beam mode, and Optical axis adjustment. •Setting and adjustment: Laser power supply, setting the power input compensation coeffi cient. •Troubleshooting: Error messages and counter-measures, laser power supply; internal gas leakage; Indication of state by means of self diagnostic function.

Course DetailsClass Hours: Classes meet from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break. The final day of class will conclude by 3:00 p.m. to allow for student travel. Students may gain admission to the FANUC CNC America building starting at 8:45 a.m. each day. Dress Guidelines and Class Etiquette: FANUC CNC America is a drug & smoke-free workplace, and business casual attire is required. See the Terms & Conditions for details.Lunch: Lunch will be provided each day duringthe class session. Breakfast, dinner, and snacks are the responsibility of the student.Facilities: Students at the Corporate Training Center may utilize the lunchroom including a refrigerator, ice machine, and vending machines.Computer terminals are also available for students who wish to access the Internet during class breaks.What to Bring: If possible, please bring a laptop computer.

Traveling to FANUC CNC AmericaAir Travel: FANUC CNC America is located approximately 15 miles from Chicago's O'Hare International Airport. It is recommended that students not schedule their return flight earlier than 6:00 p.m. on the final day of class.Lodging: Several local hotels offer reduced rates to FANUC AMERICA training students. A list is available at fanucamerica.com.Meals: A variety of restaurants are located within a few minutes of the FANUC CNC America facility.

Course Terms & ConditionsThe following terms and conditions apply to all training sessions conducted by FANUC CNC America Corporation. Any additional or different terms and conditions shall be submitted in writing and shall not be effective unlessagreed to by FANUC CNC America in writing. Any attempt to substitute or add any additional or different terms and conditions is hereby expressly rejected, and shall be of no force or effect.

PRICING AND TERMS OF PAYMENTThe prices specified for any training sessions are valid for a period of sixty days. Thereafter, such prices are subject to change, without notice, to prices in effect at the time of purchase order acceptance. Pricing given does notinclude any sales, use or other excise taxes or duties unless expressly noted, and are the responsibilities of Purchaser. Any taxes or duties paid on Purchaser's behalf by FANUC CNC America will be invoiced back to Purchaser withpayment terms net 30 days and 1.5% service charge per month for payment later than 30 days.Payment: Payment for training sessions is due prior to attendance at the training session. FANUC CNC America reserves the right torefuse entry into a class if payment prior to attending has not been made.

Training Rescheduling and Cancellation:

· Cancellation of a registration is done at no charge if FANUC CNC America is notified in writing with a minimum of 7 business days notice.· Cancellation of a registration with less than 7 business days advance notice will be charged for the class and may be rescheduled. Attendance must be within 6 months of original class date.· The full fee will be charged for students who fail to attend the class.FANUC CNC America reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or otherwise delay training due to circumstances beyond its control.

INVENTIONSPurchaser acknowledges and agrees that all ideas, discoveries, concepts and improvements, whether patentable or not, made during the performance of a training session shall be solely owned by FANUC CNC America. Purchaseragrees to cooperate, at FANUC CNC America's expense, in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of patent applications relating to inventions conceived and/or reduced to practice as a result of FANUC CNC America's performanceduring a training session.

CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICESFANUC CNC America prohibits the use of cameras or any other recording devices (such as camera phones, videotapes, etc) in the training rooms and facility in general.

DRUG & SMOKE-FREE WORKPLACEFANUC CNC America is a non-smoking facility.It is the policy of FANUC CNC America that the use, sale, transfer or possession of alcohol or drugs on FANUC CNC America's premises, vehicles, work sites or in any private vehicles parked on FANUC CNC America's property isprohibited. In addition, FANUC CNC America prohibits any individuals from attending any training session while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If a FANUC CNC America instructor determines that an individual is attending

a training session while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the individual will be asked to leave FANUC CNC America's premises.

ATTIREBusiness Casual attire is required at all training sessions. No shorts, sleeveless shirts, or sandals are permitted in any training session. If an individual attends a training session with inappropriate clothing, the individual will be askedto leave the session.

APPLICABLE LAWThe State of Illinois, U.S.A., shall govern the validity, performance and construction of any contract entered into between FANUC CNC America Corporation and Purchaser
