2. Packaged Adobe InDesign or Quark documents with all images , links and fonts attached.

Art Retention PolicyAd materials will be stored for 12 months. After 12 months, materials will be destroyed (without
notification) unless advised otherwise.
ProofsAfter you have uploaded your file to the FTP site, please email the Ad Traffic Coordinator with the name of
the file and a low res PDF.

your primary contact for submitting your ad materials. Be sure to send a note to Carolyn after you have
