In 2010, playing fi nals football in September was our goal, and this goal could not have been achieved without the support of our Members.

Members provide the platform for the success for the Wests Tigers, because for a club to be strong on the fi eld, it must fi rst be strong off it.

The dedication and commitment of our Members creates a winning culture that was refl ected in the team’s results this season.

Wests Tigers are one of the best supported teams in the NRL and our crowd fi gures are testament to this. Our Membership base doubled in 2010, but we need your support to reach our full potential and become the club with the biggest off fi eld team.

Leading the Wests Tigers onto the fi eld and seeing the stands fi lled with black, white and gold inspires me and the team, as we know we are a part of something special.

2010 marked a return to fi nals football for the Wests Tigers and our Members played a huge part in our success. Their support was unwavering and in those tight matches, they gave us the advantage we needed to win.

1. WHY MEMBERSHIP? A Wests Tigers Membership package entitles you to Member Benefi ts including access to Wests Tigers Members Only Competitions and Events and the best seats in the house at Wests Tigers home games. Becoming a Member is your personal contribution to the success of the Wests Tigers both on and off the fi eld.

2. HOW DO I BECOME A WESTS TIGERS MEMBER? EASY!To become a Wests Tigers Member simply take a look through the 2011

Membership Brochure, choose the package that is right for you, then log on to weststigers.com.au/membership to submit your online application

or complete the application form provided.

3. ARE THERE DIFFERENT MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES AVAILABLE? Yes, there are several Membership packages to

choose from. Each package has been specifi cally designed to cater for the need of every type of supporter.

4. AS A CURRENT WESTS TIGERS MEMBER, AM I GUARANTEED THE SAME SEATS? Current Wests Tigers Members have an exclusive period to renew their Membership for the fi rst opportunity to the same seats as the previous year.

If a current Wests Tigers Member would like to change their seating or increase the number of

Membership packages, they can do so through submitting their application online or emailing [email protected]. Wests Tigers will endeavour to accommodate any requests for changes in seating but due to the limited number of seats available at Leichhardt Oval and Campbelltown Sports Stadium, these changes cannot be guaranteed.

5. WHEN IS THE RENEWAL DEADLINE FOR MEMBERS TORETAIN THEIR EXISTING RESERVED SEATING? Wests Tigers Members have an exclusive renewal period until November 12, 2010. Any seats not renewed will be made available for new Wests Tigers Members.


6. WHAT SEATING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE? There are 3 seating options available; Gold (Grandstand Reserved or Category 1). Silver (Concourse Reserved or Category 2) and Bronze (General Admission). Please refer to stadium maps for further information.

7. HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO RESERVED SEATING? To access reserved seating you must purchase either a PINNACLE CLUB, ULTIMATE, PREMIUM or CLAWS Membership package and select your preferred Gold or Silver seating options.

8. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP? You can pay your Membership by credit card, cheque, money order or cash (Please do not send cash via the mail). You also have the option of paying for your Membership through simple monthly payments via Direct Debit. Surcharges may apply.

9. HOW DOES THE DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT OPTION WORK? To take up the Direct Debit option, mark your selection on the Membership application form and then complete the additional Debit Success authorisation form and fax to (02) 8741 3322. This authorises a monthly payment to be debited from your nominated credit card or bank account. Keep an eye out for our new option online in November.

10. WHAT AGE CATEGORIES ARE AVAILABLE? There are three categories available; ‘Adult’, ‘Concession’ and ‘Child’. Children 4 years and under receive free Bronze (General Admission) entry to all grounds, however payment is required if the child requires a seat. A ‘Child’ is aged between 5-12 years. A ‘Concession’ is any student 13-17 years and pensioners aged 60+ (A valid concession card must be presented upon entry into the ground). An ‘Adult’ is aged from 18-59 years.

11. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE INCLUSIONS (I.E. CARDS/PACKS)? If you sign up by December 15, 2010, your Membership Kit/s will be sent out by Christmas. For any Memberships processed in 2011, please allow for 28 days delivery from the date you have signed up to receive your Membership Kit.

12. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF MY MEMBERSHIP CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN? If your Membership Card is lost or stolen, Wests Tigers must be

notifi ed immediately to cancel the barcode. A new card will then be issued at a fee of $20. Members will not be permitted entry into any game without a valid membership card.

13. WHEN DO I NEED TO USE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD? Your Membership Card is required upon entry into every game and at Members Events.

14. HOW DO I CHANGE MY CONTACT DETAILS? Change of address and contact details can be made by emailing [email protected] calling (02) 8741 3300.

15. CAN I SIT WITH FRIENDS WHO ARE ALSO MEMBERS? An option is available, however, this will depend on what seating remains after the renewal period date has expired. Once you have submitted your application, please send an email request to the Membership Department at [email protected] with your friends or families name/s you would like to sit next to and we will endeavour to accommodate where possible. To ensure group seating, it is advised to purchase your Membership packages in one transaction online.

16. ARE FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS AVAILABLE? Yes, family Membership packages are available in most Membership packages. The term ‘Family’ refers to 2 Adults, 2 Children (for age categories refer FAQ 11). Additional children from your immediate family can be included in your family Membership for an extra fee as listed on weststigers.com.au.

17. IS MY MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERABLE? If the Membership Card holder is unavailable to attend a game, his/her card is transferable to another person in the same age category.

18. DOES MY MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE PARKING? Parking is not included in any Membership package. If you require disabled parking, please contact Wests Tigers at [email protected] or on (02) 8741 3300.


TIGER TALLY

Wests Tigers are proud to announce an exciting new competition for Members in 2011.

The ‘Tiger Tally’ competition rewards existing Wests Tigers Members that recruit fi ve (5) or more new Members to the Club with great prizes on offer.

Each existing Member that recruits fi ve (5) or more new Members will be invited to attend an exclusive BBQ with the players at Wests Tigers HQ Concord Oval. The lucky Members will also be able to bring a friend along to enjoy the players’ company.

The Wests Tigers Member that recruits the most new Members in 2011 will win an AMF Bowling experience for themselves and fi fteen (15) friends or family with four (4) Wests Tigers players. The top tally chaser will be able to bond with players at AMF Bowling Campbelltown or North Strathfi eld.

MEMBER EVENTSMembers Only Pre-Season Training SessionWests Tigers will host a Members Only training session during the 2011 pre-season so Members can get a ‘behind the scenes’ look at how the team is preparing.

Wests Tigers Season Launch Event Members will have the opportunity to purchase tickets to the exclusive, invitation only Wests Tigers Season Launch Event.+

Opportunity to win a place in the ‘Members Team’Leading into each home match, Wests Tigers will announce a ‘Members Team’. These Members will be invited to take part in a special match day experience.

Kids to Kangaroos Coaching Clinic with Wests Tigers Players Junior Members will have the opportunity to register for an exclusive ‘Kids to Kangaroos Coaching Clinic’ to be held during the season.

Members DayMembers will have exclusive access to the annual Members Day to be staged again in 2011. It is the perfect opportunity for Members to meet players from the Wests Tigers NRL and NYC teams.
